I've been lifting light for years now and I'm not huge by any means, but I'm big enough that people think I should be lifting more, especially the LiL teenage New-B's that are doing curls with like 70Lb dumbbells, well they call them curls, I call them full-body upper cuts, while I sit there calmly on a bench with my 25-35Lb dumbbells making my biceps scream all the way down to the Fuggin Bone!!! I see them looking at me and I see their little smirkish grins, like they are thinking "Hahahhaha, I'm lifting more than this guy, Hahahaha!" Oh well, I like the way I look better than the way they look and I'm a lot less likely to get injured or experience joint pains, etc. So to all you guys who like to lift the entire gym, more power to ya!
