Love the meal pics. I've been cooking a pound of steak, 2 pounds of chicken, 4 cups brown rice, 1/2 pound red potatoes, asparagus broccoli carrots corn, and bunch of roasted almonds then mix it all together. That is what I have for almost every meal. For maintenance eat till almost full. Bulking - eat more. Cutting - take out the starches. Lol works so well for me. Tonight I am indulging though. Adding a bag of Reeses Pieces. Ahh yeah.
