    went to bed at 830 last night. slept till time to come in today. I need a few more nights like that. I dont feel too bad just no energy and very tired and lethargic feeling.

    Yea I have gotten 315 a few times over the years but I tend to get shoulder issues when I keep pushing myself. My next goal is 315 x 5. And 350 squat and new deadlift goal is 405.
