    I moved fast and kept the shoulders hot the whole workout. I have not been that heavy with DB in a while for shoulders. I just have a hard time getting them up into starting position.
    Be carefull with the heavy db pressd for shoulders. I think that tossing them up there is what messed up my shoulders. Back in the day I pressed the 110's 120's and when I did it was like every week the other shoulder would hurt. Back and forth back and forth.

  2. Yea I know if I can get someone to help me get them up there I want have to rotate the shoulder with all that weight on it. But hard to do that.
    I have went up to the 110 before, but after that I noticed trouble. I more than likely will not go that heavy again on those. It made me nervous to be honest. I dont want another set back.

  3. Great arm workout last night. I am really sore today because of it. Forearms are in pain.

    Straight bar curls with IBG
    95 X 10
    120 X 8 X 3 SETS

    Preacher curl Outside grip
    95 x 12
    115 x 8 x 3 sets

    Preacher curl Inside grip with IBG
    80 x failure x 3 sets

    DB drop sets to Failure
    30 -20 -12 LOL. It was funny seeing some big guy struggling with the 12lb DB's !
    x 3 sets

    Triceps ( everything I did from this point was BACK TO BACK. no stop no rest. Went from one movement to next )
    BW DIPS
    Tricep push down
    Tricep Rope ext with pause
    Single arm ext with extreme squeeze
    REPEAT FOR 4 sets

    Arms was completely Blown out after all this. To have NO pump product I had a massive pump !

    Today my arms are hurting so much I can barely do a flex with them.

    Also this log will be ending soon and as I will be doing a contest for LECHEEK! I have won a huge stack and will take that to the next level.. Look for it soon!

  5. Great ****z more like friggin awesome!!!! I couldn't even imagine using heavy weight on straight bar. I can do them on the ez but my wrist kill on straights. Your kicking butt plain and simple! Keep it up.

  6. great night at the gym tonight. First dose of the new Condense also.


    10 min cardio.


    abs


    Some warm up sets for chest.


    Working sets.
    225 x 8
    255 x 3
    300 x 2
    315 x 2
    335 x 1. fail almost had it but I started to feel shoulders come into it so I backed off.


    I will say that I was really pumped up for the 315 and threw the two reps up. For some reason I just was not feeling it for the 335. Its like I just lost the feeling or something. I think I screwed myself up thinking I would not get it or something.


    DB incline
    60 x 12
    80 x 12 x 3 sets


    Pec dec
    whole stack! NEW PR! x 8 reps x 3 sets


    Was toast and had a good solid pump


    BW was 254 .

  12. OK Tuesday I was just not feeling the workout Like I wanted but still had a decent day.

    10 min jog

    Squats
    140 X 12
    225 x 8
    275 x 5
    300 x 3
    315 x 1
    I have not been that heavy in a while.

    Leg press
    400 x 12 x 6 -8 sets

    High and low. Focus on quads and hams

    Lunges 3 sets

    Standing Ham curls
    4 sets

    abs
    3 sets


    Wednesday
    I am feeling a bit worse and really had to even push myself to the gym

    Back

    Blade pullups

    Today I feel awful I will not go to gym. It will be work, home , food, couch for the night.

  22. Yea I have gotten 315 a few times over the years but I tend to get shoulder issues when I keep pushing myself. My next goal is 315 x 5. And 350 squat and new deadlift goal is 405.
