    When I do the deads , At lockout I notice I seem to squeeze my traps a lot, so maybe that will help. I really would like to add mass to my shoulders and get some lats. That kills me. I cant get lats no matter what, or my legs to grow. GRRRRRR

    One of my faves is:

    1 failure set of each, with personal preference of warm-up routine(s)

    -wide grip pronated pulldown, tempo x,1,2,0(concentric part of movement, squeeze at peak contraction, controlled eccentric, no break at bottom) rep range: failure after 5-8 reps

    -close or wide neutral grip cable rows, same tempo, 5-8

    -upright rows @ a 45* bend at waist, same tempo, rep range 8-12

    -BB curls, x,x,x,x, 8-12

    -DB hammer curls, x,1,2,0, 5-8 OR '5's down the rack' -pick up DB's you fail @ 5 reps with, do 5 then immediately pick up the next DB's of lower weight and do 5 reps, repeat until you've run through 5 sets of dumbbells. F#cking killer.

    -pronated wide-grip timed static hold on pull-up bar, squeezing lats at peak contraction until you can't possibly hold your own weight anymore, 30 second rest, repeat with grip of choice.

    BOOM.

    It ends up being 7 sets to failure, which if done to absolute failure, leaves me pumped and toasted lol. It might be a nice change up for you, from what I've seen you seem to be in a much higher rep range at the moment.

    Nice! Got anything for shoulders? I need growth in shoulders and lats and legs but with my knee issue its hard to really push them. Bit willing to try. I'm gonna change things up tonight.
    May hit the hammer strength machines tonight I have not been on them in a while.

    Anything over 225 for squats and anything over 500 on leg press. I always wrap.

    I love Hammer strength machines for any kind of presses really allows to push to absolute failure. Try changing your tempo for a few weeks you wont be able to do as many reps or use as much weight but the extra time under tension should help with growth. try 4-2-1-1 for presses and 4-1-2-1 for pulls except deads 4-0-2-1

    Had a badass workout last night!
    I swear this Masshgh has increased my aggression a lot.

    Straight into the workout 30 secs of being into gym

    BW pullups
    4 sets to failure
    10, 8, 8 , 6

    Hammer strength High pulls
    one plate x 12
    2 plate x 10
    3 plate x 8 x 2 sets
    strip set with slower tempo and one side at time
    3, 2 , 1 plate strip

    Bent Over barbell reverse grip pulls with IRON BULL GRIPS
    90 x 12
    140 x 10 x 3 sets

    CABLE WIDE BAR ROW WITH IRON BULL GRIPS
    4 very heavy sets. I set PR's on these, I Think I could have done whole stack but had trouble getting it back to starting position.
    very awesome squeeze on these too.

    Lat pulldown with IRON BULL GRIPS
    3 sets slow and controlled 10 reps

    Lat pulldown with wrist wraps
    New PR's!
    3 heavy ass sets

    Barbell curls with grips

    55 x 10
    105 x 6 x 4 sets

    DB curls with grips
    40 x 8 x 3
    No grips
    55 x 6 x 2 New PR

    Cable concentration curls
    4 sets very slow positive and negative movement.

    I had the most awesome swell ever last night!. felt pumped. I could have kept going but needed to go have sexy time with wife. lol.

    New PR's all over the place last night!. BOOM!. I can see growth almost everyday. The masshgh is awesome. I love the sleep . I look forward to it every night. The Cellucor creat is awesome too, Some insane pumps from this stuff.

    Also My back never gets sore or tight but today has been massive!. I was parking my truck and got a LAT cramp. lol I have never had one of those!. I am loosing some definition in my abs but seriously getting bigger in everywhere else.

    Honeslty sucks that's what. I need lower back and shoulder routine upgrade. For shoulders i do db presses, machine presses, upright rows with straight bar, lat pull downs.

    Today was a mess.
    I am working nights for just one night,,, as of yet. This has my system screwed up and I feel like crap.
    I went today wanting to hit legs and started off good but It hit me all the sudden and I just was not feeling the workout.

    Standing machine Ham curls
    4 heavy sets

    Seated Ham curls
    3 sets slow tempo

    Seated leg ext
    4 heavy sets

    Hip abductors
    4 sets

    Pistol squats
    Never done these and damn they are hard
    kept getting a cramp in my hip and quad area in the leg I was holding up.
    3 sets

    Front squats
    165 x 7 x 4 sets

    SLDL
    165 x 8 x 4 sets

    I was just so spaced out by this point I went home. I was really wanting to do heavy back squats and leg press but I was just tired. went home and cooked and tried to take a nap before work tonight , but that didnt happen either. Gonna try and hit chest after work tonight or go straight home and sleep for a while and hit chest. Depends on how I feel at 6 am.

    One of the best Back workouts I have had last night. Felt strong the whole workout.


    DEADS with Iron bull grips
    140 x 12
    225 x 20 Cant call that a pr but Never done that many reps with that rep this fast before
    290 x 7 stop and go x 2 sets
    300 x 3 stop and go


    Hands was fried after this. BUT we have to push ourselves.


    Pullups bw of 253
    4 sets


    Hammer strength High pull
    2 plates x 8
    3 plates x 6 ( single arm at a time) x 2 sets


    Hammer strength low pulls
    3 plates x 8 single arm at a time
    4 plates x 8 NEW PR. x 2 sets


    Barbell pend. rows with IBG ( iron bull grips )
    140 x 8 x 3 sets
    By the last I had to set down for a second to re-grip.


    IRON BULL GRIP LAT PULLDOWN
    3 sets heavy


    WRIST WRAP LAT PULLDOWN
    VERY HEAVY
    3 sets
    New Pr on these 2 sets of 290. ALMOST whole stack. I have 3 or 4 more plates before I get them.


    WIDE LAT BAR CABLE ROWS

    I swear My recovery between sets is off the chain right now. I didnt get a Huge pump like I have had before tonight , BUT I felt the strongest I have ever felt in a while tonight.
    I tore KFC up after this workout tonight too!.

    Be carefull with the heavy db pressd for shoulders. I think that tossing them up there is what messed up my shoulders. Back in the day I pressed the 110's 120's and when I did it was like every week the other shoulder would hurt. Back and forth back and forth.

    Yea I know if I can get someone to help me get them up there I want have to rotate the shoulder with all that weight on it. But hard to do that.
    I have went up to the 110 before, but after that I noticed trouble. I more than likely will not go that heavy again on those. It made me nervous to be honest. I dont want another set back.

    Great arm workout last night. I am really sore today because of it. Forearms are in pain.

    Straight bar curls with IBG
    95 X 10
    120 X 8 X 3 SETS

    Preacher curl Outside grip
    95 x 12
    115 x 8 x 3 sets

    Preacher curl Inside grip with IBG
    80 x failure x 3 sets

    DB drop sets to Failure
    30 -20 -12 LOL. It was funny seeing some big guy struggling with the 12lb DB's !
    x 3 sets

    Triceps ( everything I did from this point was BACK TO BACK. no stop no rest. Went from one movement to next )
    BW DIPS
    Tricep push down
    Tricep Rope ext with pause
    Single arm ext with extreme squeeze
    REPEAT FOR 4 sets

    Arms was completely Blown out after all this. To have NO pump product I had a massive pump !

    Today my arms are hurting so much I can barely do a flex with them.

    Also this log will be ending soon and as I will be doing a contest for LECHEEK! I have won a huge stack and will take that to the next level.. Look for it soon!
