  2. All of my other goodies just showed up a few minutes ago the mail lady dropped off the mail and came back because she forgot some stuff. I thought it was a letter, so I go outside and there is 2 packages at my door!!! How do you forget that?! My question is how many pure test to take at once? The bottle says take 1 pill 4-6 times a day, what's a good dosing?

  3. Maybe 2 pure test at a time? 2 or 3 times a day, and I plan on taking 2 pct at bed time. Probably will make a seperate log? Not sure yet, will be posting shoulder and leg workout up shortly.

    I will be starting Ignite on either Sunday or Monday, as I already lifted today when it arrived and tomorrow is just a cardio day. Might take Sunday off, might not. But I will probably take half of a scoop or closer to 3/4 of a scoop.

  7. My Ignite showed up yesterday and I was so excited to try it that I did chest and triceps today instead of cardio. I took about 3/4 of a scoop and honestly, I didn't feel anything. My workout was as follows.

    Incline Chest Press
    185x9
    175x10
    165x10

    Chest Press
    165x10
    165x10
    165x10

    Close Grip Bench Press
    160x10
    160x10
    160x10

    Tricep Pushdown
    85x10
    85x7
    85x7

    I felt somewhat weak during this workout, and my chest press was down about 15-20 pounds, not sure why.

  8. You should go to a full scoop and it should get better with time. You may be restistant to the stim in it, some are but the other ingredients may take some time to work better...

    I tried a full scoop today, felt a little bit. I may be immune to the stim, but I will continue to use 1 scoop and wait for the other ingredients over time! Almost done with my first bottle of CreaTrona, and had a back and bicep this morning before work.

    It took a week for me to really notice it. Keep with it and see where you're at with it in a week.

  16. I lied about bulking, turns out my bf% is too high so I will continue cutting. I started my second bottle this morning and I really felt the buzz from it!! Shoulders and a run tonight after work.

  18. hey bro, for Pure Test I would dose 6 caps before bed. The reasoning...you body really amps up testosterone production during deep sleep...why not throw down 6 caps of DAA into that party!

    Thanks for that man, I had already taken 2 yesterday morning so before bed I took 4 more and starting tonight I will take 6 and continue dosing it that way. I usually always go on AM on my phone, but I am on my computer now and I never knew you were a Finaflex Rep, that's sweet man!!

    Been taking 6-8 CreaTrona a day depending on if I take Ignite or not. Taking 2 Revolution at night before bed and 6 Pure Test before bed as well. Been feeling really good lately
