I think you'll really enjoy it. Link me up when you get your log up.

My back is REALLY tweaked. I'll be calling my chiro as soon as he opens up to see if he can squeeze me in here today. Think I rolled my sacrum out doing either the front squats or the leg presses Friday. Grrrr.....

I'm liking these front squats for something new. Still dosing 4/4/2. The 4 Preworkout are great.
Friont squats are the best for quad development but ust watch your knees .. stay back on your heels...and don't go too heavy.

I kept them fairly light but I did go up a bit this week. My neck is getting better so the back squats must have been the culprit there. I'll keep with the front squats for a while and see how it goes.

Yeah I agree. I'm leaning towards the front squats being my back issue or I did make an angle adjustment to the leg press so it could have been that too.

So I went to the Chiro yesterday after fuggin my back up good on Friday. Determined that I rolled my sacrum out doing leg presses or the front squats. Got my **** back in line. Went to the gym anyway last night though I was sore as hell. I couldn't get my feet flat on the floor when I set up to bench because of the swelling in my low back. Once I out some weight on it though it sat me down. Lol. I took it "easy" on it so here's the workout.

    Chest

    BB bench: 135x15,185x10,225x5,225x5
    Pec dec:160x16,175x12,175x10
    Machine tri press:210x12,210x13,210x8
    dB incline bench:75x12,75x8,75x6
    Rope tri press:120x12,120x9,120x10
    Bench knee raises:20

Threw in a lot of machine work to keep my back from getting to jacked up. Was a bit scary throwing those DBS up for the inclines but they went ok.

Backs feeling a lot less sore today so hopefully I'll be able to hit the gym ok tonight. Should be my back night but might become more of a shoulder trap workout depending on how the back is feeling by then.

Took the day off of work today to catch up on side work. Lol very busy right now on some new labeling projects and a few new clients just making me go go go. The back is about 90% today. Feeling much better. Last night I modified the workout pretty heavily to accommodate it being sore.

    Upper back/biceps

    10 min elliptical warmup

Really stretching the low back on this trying to loosen up

    Wide pull ups:10,7,5.5(haha),4
    Incline DB row:65x13,75x9,75x10
    DB shrug:95x15x100x9,100x9

Kept losing my ****in grip!!! Grrrr

    Face pull:50x25,50x25,50x25
    Incline DB curl:35x12,35x11,35x9
    DB curl:40x8,40x640x5

Have some definite soreness in the biceps and traps today. Overall fairly happy with it considering the pain I was in. Lol

Thanks Green. It scares me too mostly because I've seriously injured it in the past. At this point it will never "heal". It's just a matter of putting enough muscle around it to hold it in place.

I think I recommended creatrona to 3 different people in my gym this week. I'm loving it and its fairly priced. Great combination.

    Legs/shoulders

    10 min adjustable runner warmup

Machine leg press(closer to hack squat really): 190x15,250x15,310x12,390x10 hard on the knees but easy on the back.
    Leg ext: 195x10,195x11,195x8
    Leg curls:190x9,190x7,170x6
    DB shoulder press:70x15,70x13,70x11
    DB side lat raise:35x12,35x11,35x10
    Seated bent DB lat raise:30x12,30x12,30x13

Some misc ab and stretching stuff

Absolutely. You guys have it priced right. Many capped creatives have been going up so I've had people asking me for comparable results at better pricing. I steered them to you guys.

Yah which is the opposite to creatrine mono... I am harder as well not extremely dry but that stands to reason as I am not trying to be at this stage.

Just got word that my gym is closed tomorrow and possibly Tuesday. We're about to get smacked by a hurricane and I'm worried about getting to the gym.

might have to canoe to the gym .. hope not. Take care and worry about the gym when you've dealt with the storm... don't sweat stuff before it happens cuz it may not and you went through all the shyte for nothing

That's what's great about these supps they will make up for the lack of rest, you have to get rested sooner or later but they help let you slide for a bit. We have to remember that the energy and power we are getting from this is artificial and you could really run yourself down if you don't get your rest. It gives you the ability to do things you normally wouldn't. Just tray working out with it for a week then do a workout wiithout it and you will see a big difference. Then you know how much it is doing for you.

Absolutely man. My recovery is way better than it has any right to be and I know it. Will be adding in some need2sleep to get my sleep back on schedule. I have a bottle here so that's what I'll use. No doubt though, these supps are dragging me through right now. And my weights are still moving up!
