    Welcome,

    A big thanks to Doug and Al from Finaflex for letting me log the new and improved non-dmaa version of ignite 2, Berry Blast.

    I will reserved for a write up tonight and will post my workouts, my current supplement scheme, my plans, expectations along with my day to day feelings and use of the product.

    If it is anthing like the dmaa version without the jitters or some-what crash from the 1,3....WELL, we are gonna have a damn winner on our hands here.

    the general feel with the other current loggers is very positive.

    I have had my first try today before strongman conditioning for Cricket...smashed it.
    TASTE: 10/10
    MIXABILITY: 10/10
    ENERGY: 10/10
    MOOD: bubbly, aggressive at training (which is what we want)
    ENDURANCE: 10/10-WANTED TO DO MORE
    PUMP: now this is tricky because I don't train for pump, but for strength but my arms were pretty damn veiny doing sled pushes and when I was getting changed.

    I still have the veins popping now which is pretty damn slick.

    Very Solid profile for this pre-workout and im glad the new addition has provided me with such a better flow of energy which is sustained + NO CRASH

    good first impression I see, I like the new stim as I find it slightly smoother, funny for me it did not seem as strong at first but got better by the third use. I have to admit the new does not last quite as long but it still lasts way longer than it has to....

    Why I like it. I could probably use a second dose early arvo if really lagging but man its pretty farkin sweet man.
    Today 30mins strongman/conditioning
    6x 20m 140kg sled pushes superset with
    6x20m uneven farmers walks (100lb and 83lb db's) 2min rest.

    18x20m keg flips and carry at 90lbs. 30second rest in between each set. Up and back is 1 set lol...

    training for cricket tonight.
    As I shouldnt take i2 later in the day, I took it mid morning to keep me focused at work.

    Worked like a charm. Still steady and smooth 4 hours later.

    Breakfast was 250g grass fed steak, 200 mixed veg, 1tbsp almond butter on steak.
    Lunch: 300g Chicken breast, 300g veggies and 2 tbsp olive oil
    proposed snack: 40g pea isolate shake with 2oz nuts
    Dinner post cricket: hopefully will be same as breakfast.

    Don't need carbs today as I am not performing intense training. We are working on skills and drills.

    Will update later on as to my energy levels.
    Mixed very nice this morning and tasted great...candy

    Well last night ended up sprints and match fitness. Wish I saved i2 for then.

    Sleep is good so I know that the stims are no problem.

    Fitness:

    Shuttle runs 30m
    2 sets of 10.
    6 second intervals on the second.

    Followed by 10x 40m sprints every 10seconds.

    Batting. Every 3 balls, sprint 20m x 2 for 20mins

    Pouring sweat.

    Appetite was suppressed yesterday and with no carbs was a struggle.

    Glad I still had some buzz from mid morning i2.

    Steak for breakfast...somebody's eating good! Hahahaha. Man, I'm in for this log. Running one myself. I loved the last 2 variations of preworkout from Finaflex so I was stoked to give this one a try. Only have 2 sessions in so far but tomorrow is close.

    What I found with ignite2 is the stim feeling lasted longer as I continued to dose. It's a bit more subtle than dmaa but smoother and justas sweet...it's more euphoric...

    Cricket today.
    No i2 today. I have bcaas on hand.
    Try to stay stim free on cricket days.

    Energy has been super good.
    Appetite is a bit down. Might be the beta r pea but I'm certainly zoned on the days I use i2.
    Very euphoric.

    Got my dips in.
    Bw+45lbs, below parallel 4010 tempo. 5sets.
    SS
    Decline DB rotation press 22.5kg each x8x5sets.

    Ancillary exercises were some rows and external rotations for throwing.

    Lovin i2 got me through. Glad I got my reps out.

    My PR rep for dips. My 3rep max is BW +50kg but 20kg for reps is a PR for me.

    Def a keeper in my arsenal for a pre workout.
    I would use this every 3rd month. It is quiet a strong stim but Damn smooth.
    I would do 2months non stim then hit this up for 8 weeks for stim heaven. So good

    Runner, did you run any of the previous versions? I used ignite2 with DMAA plus cordyceps when I did my tough Mudder. Worked great.
