  1. I eat them randomly throughout the day, somewhat healthy snack good protein. They are much smaller then large eggs. Almost like a medium egg.


  2. Had pizza for lunch, about 6 pieces, so I only had a 2 scoop protein shake for dinner.

    I have been so hungry lately, even with the Alphamine. Today was no exception. Yesterday I was at 197 and pants were tight. Today 190.5 and pants were perfect. No sure why the fluctuation but I am seeing some changes in my body. The biggest change is right after workouts the tightness and definition. I will do upper back on Sunday and give all a pic. I have a picture of. A month or so ago that I can compare it too.

    Ummmm math must not have been a strong subject ...6.5 lbs yes. Kinda weird I am weighing myself at night and in the morning. So that was an overnight loss.

    Not sure but I think it is normal, right?

    Yeah probably, I got legs Friday - chest Saturday - upper back Sunday

    Getting some what of a routines down last couple months. I was going try 5x5 just didn't follow through. Might give it a shot in a month or two.

    Legs were burning. Gonna be scheduling my first cycle(wish I would have thought of that before running this, probably could have used this as part of a PCT)

    Still doing good, is not want to take alphamine because of the heart rate raised. Eating and growin .... Even with all the fat burners I still have been eating good!

  10. Sucks I was starting to hit chest my shoulder shut me down. I had a good upper workout. Did a lot of low weighted rotator exercising. Felt a little sore from the other days workout.

    Pretty please with my intensity. I am very motivated and push myself I would have to say the it has been nice with this booster. Took a couple of weeks to show itself, but is helping for sure.

    Way to go Notre Dame good win!

    For sure it's crazy how easy it is with diet and exercise. I ain't no pilar of greatness but I work as hard as I can (minus my cheats. Just ate to many peanut butter cups)

    I ate my days worth of calories in 2-3 hours and I'm still hungry.

    Feeling hella good after today's workout. Had to mainly do arms. Which us my favorite. Tried to bench 95 lbs couldn't due to my shoulder/rotator <--pissed I know the incline press's the other day did it. Must be bad form or just weak. I am going to h e to work around it for a couple weeks. Good time to work core and legs

    On a good note looks like I have 1 extra serving of GF-T21 someone counted wrong.

    My sleep has been normal no interruptions. Aggression has been upped the last 1.5 weeks, pushed it a little harder with out a PRE. I was using some fat burners for energy and bodyfat reduction which was a catch 22 since all I wanted to do was eat. I believe that I was working against GF-t21 should be a great quick muscle builder with a high protein diet. I have enjoyed it for sure. Wasn't over the top nor did I have outside aggression irritability or neg side effects.

  18. I can't believe how hungry it made me. And as soon as i stopped taking it it went away the same day more or less. Weight really hasnt been dropping super fast (I am cutting) so it has to be non water weight or it would have been gone the first week. my BF didnt go up all that much so for me at least most of it had to be LBM gains

    Pretty good this morning 3GF-T21 before workout, protein shake with Creatine and a bowl of chex preworkout.

    Decent workout not a lot of weight I was trying to be consistent and went down about 10% on weight I prevent major DOMS aggression was there but I over ate and made for lazy but good.

    Trying to get them knots out and get the blood flowing still got a little soreness in my hamstrings.

  20. Thanks to Fahrenheit and reps for this opportunity. It was a new product that I have yet to try. I have had similar product that was more "aggressive" than this one. Personally I had increased hunger, focused with little aggression at gym and some strength gains. I rarely do legs and was able to push just a little harder when I did them.

    I really wish I would have been able to get a blood test before and after to get a actual reading on paper. I feel that this product didn't show itself for a week and half. No side effects or negative opinion.

    So basically I give this a 6/10, with out a blood test hard to tell the exact increase I testosterone. I do think that strength gains and muscle growth will happen better than before because every but of testosterone levels raise does increase those.

    Again I thank the company and reps to provide us the chance to log their products and testify how the are.
