    Wake up with 2 scoops alphamine, Creatine, LCLT 30min before oatmeal breakfast.
    30min before workout 3GF-T21 and some diet green tea
    1010am workout.
    Killed my arms back and shoulders will post up later tonight or tomorrow my workout.

  6. Had a good workout Sunday and another today. Rotator issue I starting to really be painful, having a hard time lifting and raising arm. Last week during that install I did something, however it always gets aggravate she I work it to hard. Looks like I will be taking it easy up top for a week or so. Did back and abs today and damn my abs are sore.

    Not sure what my day are this week. I am going to hit the legs hard in Friday, gives me those extra couple day for recoup.


    I have noticed that I have been sore after lost of my workouts, I have been changing a few things. I am not sure but seem that GF-T21 maybe effecting muscle growth. Would you say that that helping raising testosterone would assist in muscle growth, definitely protein synthesis. My goal to drop body fat hasn't really kicked in. Adding the alphamine will hopefully work out, it fruit punch flavor and kinda bothers me. I am only taking 2scoops in the morning, think I will add something else lunchtime if I remember.

  7. hope your should feels better. when i ran it i really wanted to recomp but man i was so hungry all the time it ended up being a pretty lean bulk (very little fat gain). Alphamine should help loads though for fat loss

    I can stop eating, at least it is pretty clean(minus the fried pickle slices).

    Yeah I think all these muscle pains is me growing I am trying to eat as much protein as I can. I asked someone else what do you think about a post cycle supplement. Should I use it after this or is it mainly for pro hormone use?

    I am trying to figure out what I want to use with Alphamine after this week ends conclusion of GF-T21.
    I know I need to lean out. I was at 198 today. I need to lose waist size not lbs.

    Still a little sore from the legs the other day. Nothing like what the trainer put me through. I didn't do one of the three squat machines, that must have saved me.

  15. Ya going to rest it til Saturday or Sunday. I wante to do some strengthening exercise for the RC but its aggravated now and needs time to chill, probably need to pick up some joint supps or something. I am getting older and have been pushing real hard these last couple of weeks. I need to figure out next months supplements too, I guess I am good RECOMP'n guy all the time based on my diet and exercise. Strict diet hasn't been there since last year and not sure if I want the calorie deficit, been enjoying the gym to much I like pushin weight more then cardio. Last yer I had a goal of doing some races but after messing my knee up I have been body pumping. Been enjoying using product that keep the pump lasting. Agmatine, condense have been the last two that I enjoyed.

    Felt a little sluggish this morning. And reflected in my workout. Had some abnormal feelings this morning and I have Ben reading up the alphamine might raise heart rate, I started with cardio this morning and I think that I had a adverse reaction.

    On another note while I was shelling hard boiled eggs this morning I got a few surprises. Remember if the hen is sitting on the eggs don't take them, had some embryos. Might have played part in stomach issue, or not.

  19. I eat them randomly throughout the day, somewhat healthy snack good protein. They are much smaller then large eggs. Almost like a medium egg.

  20. Had pizza for lunch, about 6 pieces, so I only had a 2 scoop protein shake for dinner.

    I have been so hungry lately, even with the Alphamine. Today was no exception. Yesterday I was at 197 and pants were tight. Today 190.5 and pants were perfect. No sure why the fluctuation but I am seeing some changes in my body. The biggest change is right after workouts the tightness and definition. I will do upper back on Sunday and give all a pic. I have a picture of. A month or so ago that I can compare it too.

    Ummmm math must not have been a strong subject ...6.5 lbs yes. Kinda weird I am weighing myself at night and in the morning. So that was an overnight loss.

    Yeah probably, I got legs Friday - chest Saturday - upper back Sunday

    Getting some what of a routines down last couple months. I was going try 5x5 just didn't follow through. Might give it a shot in a month or two.

  28. Sucks I was starting to hit chest my shoulder shut me down. I had a good upper workout. Did a lot of low weighted rotator exercising. Felt a little sore from the other days workout.

    Pretty please with my intensity. I am very motivated and push myself I would have to say the it has been nice with this booster. Took a couple of weeks to show itself, but is helping for sure.

    Way to go Notre Dame good win!
