Chest press and flys really got a great workout!
40 pushups stright PR! I could hvae done more like 60. Maby 100 i felt that strong!
Later I went to the gym I did 25 pound fly
20lbs. 2X8 each arm
Back down to 6 caps and will be for the last 2.75 weeks. Feeling tyrd im looking foward to pct.
Ill up date later with more. I came into the log with allot of over reaching now letting the frequency down im getting big and letting my recovery catch up thise of you who read that article.

Side note confirmd side effect for me and i have no idea why but i can not take the six caps on an empaty stomach i puke. I riskd that this morning and sure nuff 1.75 hours later i vomit grape fruit juice . But if i eat food no problem thats how ive been takeing them just how it workd out. The few times i took em on an empty stomach i ralf 8 times so i know its the pills

Leg roller!! **** my first time laying down and rolling my thighs on a pice of foam would hurt sooo bad. In trank my coach had a pvc pipe with big beads and would roll your calfs and hamstring s.
Soo the ? For you guys is do i buy hand straps and lift more weight or hvae my grip get stronger by training my grip strength. I want to pull over 500lbs i can too !
Upd my fats to 3 g coconut oil 6 g flax and 2 g sesamin oil felling good but ready to get my balls pumping and end this gains still coming nothing crazy but good

I used 115 it was easy il. 150 would produce more adaptation
I just wanted to do 2 set of ten with 335 and 350
I could hav pulld 500 my goal befor the new year was 450 now.... 500 next week
I felt sooo accomplished I left the gym early. I was only ther 45 min about
Pre pics are up and I have my end of cycle maxes and im going to take post pics im almost two weeks into pct and still setting PR shut down is all in your head my libido is better then on cycl im just not horny all the time but my perfomance is 100%
