Starting Farenheit Nutrition GF-AMA today as part of my NPC Texas State Naturals Bikini contest prep. A little behind from where I should be at 6 weeks out, but we shall see. I'll update with pics tomorrow. I should note I am on a Keto Diet - 97g protein (lbm), 80-85g fat and >40g carbs, mostly from avocados, almonds, peanut butter. Carb Loading biweekly (135g Friday afternoon-evening, 225 Saturday) with a small refeed 50g carbs 1/2way point.
