    I figured they were AT LEAST 75 lbs each, for a total of a whopping 150 lbs (a weight which I have confidence C can bench for many reps )

  13. Day 2, 9/22


    Supps used Pre-workout:
    -2 caps AB
    -2 scoops TP
    -1 scoop Bulk Modern BCAAs
    -EC stack

    Cardio: LISS running.

    -Ran for 1 hour and 5 minutes , total of 6 miles.

    Stack Notes:

    -I have always enjoyed having some agmatine and/or Citrulline malate pre-cardio and I notice the effects, so for now all that there is to report is that the 1g of Agmatine Sulfate from TP works.


    Will dose 2 caps AB pre meal around 12:30pm and have my Meal at 1pm.

  25. Lol I like MMA and wanna get back into it in the future.

    It is HIS max, that was a competition some weeks ago in Kileen Texas. 595 is his max, yet he has to be one of the strongers PL I know...he has such perfect form haha.

    And no I won't be pissed.

    Just getting my supps in and some BCAAs , gonna do fasted cardio today, possible a 1 hour run of 6-7 miles, I'm in the mood haha. Will update later.

    Idk, he retired already from competing upon this last one. He is now training me...well sort of, he is humble and nice haha but I can get him to lose his patience. Lately he has been quite happy though with the fact I ain't cheating my reps and that I am doing pauses in the hole, on in all my floor presses and good mornings.

    -Hopped on the stair master for only 40 minutes but burned 600 kCals , was gonna do more but I have some stuff to do today.

    Already dosed my 2 AnaBetas and I am having my Fast Breaking meal.

    Stack Notes:
    -Nothing yet to report, it is only day 3 after all and I am one to dismiss placebo effects very easily.
