  5. Didn't post here, Im siiiiick. I'd gather from someone on the plane.

Well needless to say im out for a bit. Hopefully with rest I'll be back Saturday? Diet isn't really a concern at the moment. Today was 3 shakes (150gr total) and some peanut butter. Small bowl of bran flakes in almond milk (obvious reasons) 3 powerade zeros and hot tea, usually green (makes my throat, not hurt)

Diet will probably look the same until I can eat without being nauseous. I also sip on some modern BCAA during the day, 2 scoops. I did get some antibiotics to take so started those bad boys, doc said I should be good to go by Friday. Pretty bum'd about this, I was making some awesome progress. Just a small hiccup!

Yeah I've got a fever, sore throat, nauseous, tired/achy all over with congestion & coughing. I feel a little better today and my fever went away.

Sucks now that I'm a grown up, have to suck it up and go to work. No more just laying in bed all day haha.

Guess its one way to eat clean, shakes are about all I can do without feeling sick :-/

Sweet the fever just sped of your metabolic rate -- you just got a blessing in disguise!!!!!

    DermaTherm + fever....

  9. I def notice a difference. I was holding a good bit of water from DermaTherm but my abs are leaner now. I should have took a picture, my bad. I'm back on it and the water is back.

    DermaTherm+Flu for the win?!?!? Haha

Feel pretty good today, still a little congested and scratchy throat but a lot better than earlier i the week. Surprisingly weight is staying strong, usually I drop a lot of weight (mostly bc I don't eat anything) keeping shakes and BCAA was crucial this go round.

  10. Feeling normal, getting back into it.

Matt something I noticed, when I apply DermaTherm, the burn has gone away. It sounds weird but I enjoyed it, I like when I can feel things bc I know they're doing something (like mouthwash and rubbing alcohol) lol.

I still get a jolt when I sweat, going to wear a tummy wrap for. Cardio & workout today.

Totally normal --- you get desensitized to the nerve sensation that cap and gingerols ignite.

I need to research this more but I thought I came across a study that indicated cap cream topically could cause insulin resistance in Fat cells!!

That is a very good thing

No problem man, happy to help. It's awesome your wife is so into fitness and willing to learn & experiment. Ive struggled with relationships bc many girls get annoyed & think its weird i to to the gym twice a day and dont eat carbs under any circumstances (unless im loading) So, does she have a sister?

  15. Mmmm nothing like a farewell carb meal. That's what I did b4 prep, people at work say they try and fast before they start their "diets" Psht, eff that noise I'm bingeing! Probably why they're all 50lbs over weight and starting "new" diets every other month

  18. Cardio today, new gym and aloooot better scenery lol.

Matt, what's your take on stacking oral Yohimbe with DermaTherm? I have some SPIKE energy drinks here. I have a grasp on oral dosing and how it relates to the body/CNS etc but topically I'm ignorant.

  19. Tonight's workout was solid! Other than my hammies cramping a little (still a touch tender from Monday) good workout

    Leg Extentioms
5 sets ranging form 20-8 reps
-go by feel here bc it's a semi warm up

    BB Front squats
    115x15
    135x12
    155x12
    185x8
    205x6

    45x12
    50x10
    55x8

    Seated DB over head press

    50x15
    60x12

Little cardio after. Wish I would have remembered my belt! Form was getting a little weary so I cut it at 205x6, had more in the tank.

Diet was spot on today, per usual. A little GI discomfort though, kind of odd.

Carbs are only a few days away, went toy bank that is right next to little Cesar's, it was killllllling me. 2 more days!!![/QUOTE]
