Hey guys am gonna be running my first sarms log in a short while.. ive actually started taken 60mg on my first day and my head feels weird as ****.. so i think im gonna take a few days off .. and restart on a lower dose maybe cause im somewhat a lightweight! here are my stats anyways

67kg
14 percent body fat (just by estimated guess)
My Goals - Get under 10 percent body fat and hopefully fill out a bit.
My Training - mondays - Chest and tri's
Tuesdays - kickboxing
Wednesday - back and bi's
Thursday - kickboxing
Friday - legs and shoulders
Saturday/Sunday - rest/ possibly steam room
My nutrition - Im intermittent fasting so i will try get all my meals in 8 hr windows, my caloric intake will be roughly around 1500 per day
Breakfast - cup of oats banana protein shake with flaxseed oil
meal 1 - 150 grams chicken breast - steamed vegies/asparagus,broccoli,carrot,sweet potatoe
meal 2 - bass fish - and the same steamed vegies
meal 3 - 150 grams chicken breast -and same steamed vegies
Each meal i will alternate my meats, i will try to get 30 grams protein of meat per serving.
Supplements - Controlled labs Green magnitute creatine
- Dymatize Extend Bcaa's
- Blackmores fish oil
- Nutri vital cold pressed flaxseed oil
- All max nutrition CLA
- Swisse multivitamin
- Optimum nutrition wpi
- Optimum nutrition casein
am also going to somewhat pct this product just incase theres any shutdown with iron mag labs E control for a month aswell.
Ill be running Iron mag labs Osta rx. Im not sure if the first week i should start on just one and slowly cycle up. Anyways if im missing anything or you know something that can help me aid my progress please let me know. Thanx
