    Workout went well but I kept getting cramping in my right forearm. Had to take a few minutes break and it was fine. Going to up my water consumption. I'm currently drinking about 120oz a day, but I've slacked on this a bit this weekend only getting around 64oz a day.

    A home with the son today. My wife had to go into work so I'm trying to work from home with him today. I call today Fat Tuesday as I hate staying at home on a work day as I seem to eat more.

    WOW, I have to say this.. Day 5, aggression is very high, felt inc. Alpha at the gym. Actually set PR's on 4 out of 5 lifts. I deadlifted 345lbs tonight in a 5X5 set. Curls increased. All day I felt pent up and aggressive. Very impressed with tonights work out.

    1hour 24 minutes - 1246 calories burnt!

    Hoping this is a cause of the massularia.

    I'm in the far Northwest corner. North of St. Joseph, MO, and South of Omaha, NE. I'll actually be in the capital to watch a Lincoln Blue Tiger football game this year. I'm the web nerd behind d2football.com. The Tigers are a bit improved this year but have a long way to go!

    Ahhh ok, yea i live right by lincoln. Our highschools are literally right down the street from each other and lincoln is right next to the public HS. Lincolns track team has a better record than the blue tigers but eh oh well.

    Last few days have been BUSY.

    Work outs have went great. Aggression and attitude is sky high.

    Wed. was a beastly workout at 62 minutes, 872 cals burnt.

    Thursday was an off day. I had a bunch of meetings and then had to get tires on my car.

    Will update this with supplements and food taken soon.

    Didn't sleep well at all last night. I have a minor cold coming on I think. Nose is a bit stuffy.
    Son has his first day back in Day Care and Pre School today. He's looking forward to it.

    Pizza was wonderful, I held myself to only two pieces. You have to remember I was traveling with a group of people that goals weren't lining up with mine. The kids in the group wanted Pizza. I wasn't going to make them go elsewhere just for me.

    Thats why you got sick!!! All joking aside. It's hard to avoid that stuff with a 3 year old who loves the stuff. I wish I had his metabolism though! He's 3, eats like a horse and the Dr. keeps telling us we need to feed him more since he weights so little.

    He's age 3, 44 inches in height and weighs 30.2lbs. He was sitting at 28 for the last year and a half.

    Funny story, the Dr. told us knowing I was dieting that it's okay for Desmond to eat more to get some weight on him. I told the Dr. the kid eats everything. He looks over and Desmond is running around the Dr. exam bed with a toy jet and asks us how often Desmond is active like that. We tell him 100% of the time he isn't sleeping, we can't get the kid to sit still. He said that explains it. We've had the daycare tells us that haven't seen a kid with so much energy as well. We asked if we had to worry about ADHD and they said no, their isn't a concentration issue or anything, he is just a active boy.

    So I need to bottle up Desmonds energy and metabolism and sell it. I'd be RICH. RICH I tell you.

    So I need to bottle up Desmonds energy and metabolism and sell it. I'd be RICH. RICH I tell you.

    *** RAMPAGE - OMG It tastes horrible... good energy and pump though!

    Workout was BEAST... 61 minutes 32 seconds, 897 cals burnt, 16% fat. Destroyed my Deadlift PR. It was feeling light so I added 20lbs (2 10lb plates) and got it done for the full 5 reps for 3 sets!

    Massularia wise, I'd gained right around 1/10th of an inch on my arms and forearms. My traps are filling out more (My trouble area) Aggression is very high though, almost to the point of easy irritability.

    9-25-2012 - Angry Morning

    Today was one of those mornings. You know the morning you wake up semi-late and just can't seem to get it together making for a pissed off start to your day. Added bonus wife is annoyed at me for something... that something I don't know... I ask her and I get the "nothing" which means there is something. Luckily I was running late so I didn't have time to pry, which usually results in my wife's face melting off and flames coming out of the eye sockets of her face. So I'll get that experience later on today I'm sure. Regardless I made it to work on time, I'm having a fat day. (Yes, guys who are fat can have them.) Jeans felt a little snug in the legs today. I hate that.

    Ben got me all self conscious. I've been debating going vegetarian for a month or two!!

    Enough sounding like a valley girl who just got cut off from her trust fund.

    AM FOOD:
