Those are some great bench numbers. Seems strength is coming up nicely and more quickly than it does for most people taking hdrol. Keep it up man you will be cranking out 3 wheels by the end of this log

Workouts are now getting better everyday!!!!Recovery has just been awsome I'll wakeup sore and by the end of the day it gone and I'm ready to get back in the gym and kill it again.. I usually start with a complex move but it seemed everyone else was too! So I started with my press than went back and did my Clens to press.. Don't do this LOL it kicked the hell out of me my shoulder were on fire after that! I may have to take some 3 week update pictures this weekend starting to look good.

As you can see had a great workout!! Now let me explain, back and legs have been 2 area that I have really slacked on over the years. As of the last 2 months I've started pushing these body parts and thought now that the Halo is kicking in lets see what I got.. These #'s may not be great but thay are a huge increase frrom 2 months ago.. Tonight is legs so i'm going to try to do the same if my body lets me...

Day 19
What a workout!! As I stated before legs and back are 2 muscle groups I've really slacked on over the past years! Thanks to the motivation from my AM bro's I decided its time to get my whole body in shape! I've never pushed my legs this hard before and was surpised and very happy with the results. I had a hard time with the BB squats because of a bulged disk in my neck between 5&6 and the weight of the bar was just killing it so I keep it light. Two months ago my leg #'s were no where near this so I'm loving this Halo run. I'm not even sore today!
Abs:

Looking good I'm jealousy as hell I'm still getting over being sick and will miss my last week on cycle. Sound like its really kicking in for you now I know for me it just kept getting better hate missing week 4 I'm sure I'd be closing in on some PR my self. Keep up the good work.

Sorry Dude!! LOL Do what I did and get another bottle. I'm either going 6 weeks upping it to 75, or keep it at 50 and go a full 8 weeks. I'm loving it so far and have had zero sides except for some added aggression. Not such a bad thing to have!

Only had an hour so did some light chest and bi work. Taking the next 2 days off! It's my wife and I 6 year wedding anniversary! Left the kids by my moms and are spending the night at a bed and breakfast alone!!!!
