    Wide grip pull downs: 170x12, 180x10, 200x8 PR!
    Cable close grip rows: 140x14, 150x12, 160x10
    Precor Iso lateral front pull down reverse grip: 225x14, 245x10, 245x10 PR!
    Hammer strenght low row: 225x12, 225x10, 245x8 PR!
    DB shrugs: 90'sx16, 95'sx14,100'sx12
    Smith machine BB shrugs: 225x 16, 225x16, 225x16
    Hyper extensions: 3 sets till fail
    pr's are dieing all over the place. way to absolutely kill this cycle.

    What a workout!! As I stated before legs and back are 2 muscle groups I've really slacked on over the past years! Thanks to the motivation from my AM bro's I decided its time to get my whole body in shape! I've never pushed my legs this hard before and was surpised and very happy with the results. I had a hard time with the BB squats because of a bulged disk in my neck between 5&6 and the weight of the bar was just killing it so I keep it light. Two months ago my leg #'s were no where near this so I'm loving this Halo run. I'm not even sore today!


    Abs:
    Weighted crunch machine 40lbs x 35x 3
    Decline situps weighted bar: 16lb. x 35x3
    Standing oblique crunches: 45lb plate 25 each side x 3
    Flat bench leg raises 3 sets till fail

    Legs:
    Barbell Squats: 135x20, 185x 14, 185x12, 225x 8 PR
    Hammer strenght leg extentions: 275x 18, 315x 14, 365x 14, 405x 10 PR
    Hammer strenght Hack squats: 275x16, 315x12, 315x12, 365x 10 PR
    Leg extentions: 90x14, 110x14, 140x 12, 160x 8, 180x 6 PR
    Seated calf raises: 80x 16, 90x 16, 115x 10 PR

    I know, right hammy has been tight since dead lifts the other day so I skipped them. What a pu$$y I am right!!! LOL Should have just went for it.

    Looking good I'm jealousy as hell I'm still getting over being sick and will miss my last week on cycle. Sound like its really kicking in for you now I know for me it just kept getting better hate missing week 4 I'm sure I'd be closing in on some PR my self. Keep up the good work.

    Sorry Dude!! LOL Do what I did and get another bottle. I'm either going 6 weeks upping it to 75, or keep it at 50 and go a full 8 weeks. I'm loving it so far and have had zero sides except for some added aggression. Not such a bad thing to have !

    How did you like ignite2? just ordered some going to use it in PCT with my cre trona log..

    Only had an hour so did some light chest and bi work. Taking the next 2 days off! It's my wife and I 6 year wedding anniversary! Left the kids by my moms and are spending the night at a bed and breakfast alone!!!!

    Just got back from a night with just my wife and I !! Had a great time, stopped at a winery, bought fire works which i can't get in new jersey, ate York strip with lobster tails for dinner, and drank a half dozen gray goose and tonics!! Just like the old days much needed r&r for us! Even laid in the hot tub for like 30 mins felt awesome

    Go home and felt the need to workout! So after everyone went to sleep did a long cardio session cause I've been feeling a little bloated

    Cardio:
    60 mins. 4.2 miles, speed walk on a 5 incline burned 780 calories

    I left the gym today, was running a bit late for snow crabs (never ate them before) & some steak, broccoli & potatoes... Finally made it to it & the lady that prepared it wouldn't shut up about me being on time so I disappeared. I was looking forward to it too after my lifting session.

  23. Question guys, I'm just finishing my 3rd week and really starting to enjoy it now. I have another bottle and I'm going to extend it past 4 weeks. I
    My thoughts are this go another 4 weeks and keep dosing it at 50? Option 2 is add 2 more weeks and bump the dose up to 75 weeks 5-6? Or what I'm thinking is get another bottle and make this cycle a total of 8 weeks first 4 weeks at 50 and last 4 weeks at 75 !!! I also have 2 bottles of EPI as well I could add to the mix? Guess I have too many options!!! Lol

    Just to note I have had ZERO sides so far! I think my body can handle it. On hand I have a SERM, and all of the other goodies needed for a full PCT!

  24. I would bump to 75 and see if sides present themselves and push it to 6 weeks. I just worry about long use of a methyl compound.
