The fever always scares the heck out of me. You get up into the 104 range and bad things start happening with the body. Glad to hear that has come down.

I'M BACK!!! So my little guy is doing much better so I was able to hit the gym last nightI was so pumped, did my ab work then jumped on to shoulders and on my second set I feel a strain in my left shoulder!!! Not bad but so I went easy on it the rest of the night. If you have been following you'll see that my lifts were way down for shoulders. I'll be fine this is an old injury that flares up. Workout was good just pissed me off that it could have been better..
Abs:
Weighted crunch machine 60lbs x 35x 3
Decline situps: 3 sets till fail
standind cable cruches: 70x25, 80x25, 80x25
Roman chair weighted leg raises 3 sets till fail
Shoulders:
Seated press (smith machine): 135x16, 185x14(this is the 1 that got me), 205x10, 205x8

So I felt like a Fuggin beast at the gym last night!!!! I'm destroying PR with this cycle, I could not be more impressed. I'm shocked by how much my lifts have increased. Some of these lifts are up 40 lbs. from just 5 weeks ago!! I'm going to be in tears when this run is over. I fell amazing and my waist line is down 2 inches and I still have not gained a pound!
