I’d like to thank Heavyiron and IML for the chance to log Halo. This is an H-drol clone but has the addition of 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin which is the reason this product has intrigued me. Below I have listed some information on Laxogenin and its benefits. I will be running it for 4 weeks as directed. I just started pre loading my cycle support and will start my first dose Sunday. Once the log starts I will list in detail my workouts and all support supplements as well as my PCT.

HALO EXTREME™ - Pro-Anabolic Complex

halo.png
halo1.jpg

-Helps with Cutting (getting lean)
-Increases Strength & Hardness
-Does Not Aromatize (convert to estrogen)
-Can be used as part of bulking, lean bulking or cutting cycles

Users of Halo Extreme™ can expect significant body-recomping effects by implementing this product into their programs, which will be realized through moderate increases in high quality, water-free muscle mass and visible reductions in body fat. Vascularity will be augmented and the user’s muscularity will become harder and denser. This has led many to compare Halo Extreme not only to Turinabol, but also to steroids such as Anavar and Winstrol.

5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin

5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin was discovered by a American scientist in 1996. It was shown to possess an anabolic/androgenic ratio similar to one of the most efficient anabolic substances, in particular Anavar but without the side effects of liver toxicity or testing positive for steroidal therapy. Athletes have found dramatic strength increases in 3-5 days, and muscle mass increases in 3-4 weeks. Muscle mass or fat loss is only a function of caloric intake. If you are a male that is a hard gainer or someone that is looking to put on extra lean muscle and most important, keep it. Tests showed that protein synthesis increased by over 200% , the key to lean muscle growth and accelerated repair. Body fat reduction is one of the key components of this molecule. When you restrict your calories you reduce body fat dramatically. In testing the molecule has balance cortisol response which is the major cornerstone to healthy recovery and reduction of muscle wasting. It's also been shown to balance cortisol on calorie restricted diets, helps control glucose and increases thyroid function.

I think you should just go to one of those places where you pick a cow and they cut it all up for you and try to eat the entire thing before your cycle is over. That would get you swole

More protein bro. The first 3 meals have 15g between the 3 of them. Kill a shake with your breakfast. Try to toss a 7 ounce serving of red meat in as well. With out measurements its hard to tell but if i had to guess your eating half of your maintenance cals. Whats your stats? Im on the app... i think i remember you being close to me, if you are pm me...

I know you lift late but I would try to get a full on post workout meal after your bcaas. I just feel like after a taxing workout especially while on gear, your body could benefit from more substance after. Also, I would bump the calories in general

I agree with the Beast^^ That is about half my daily intake of food and I'm also throwing 2 protein shakes into the mix as well. Scramble some eggs/egg whites, lean ground beef. You're on gear bubba...protein synthesis is cranking.

You could always premake some chicken, steak, sweet potatoes, burgers, rice, casseroles, vegetables, you name it so you can heat it up easily before bed. Im usually starved after a workout so I throw down as many sources of healthy protein, carbs, fats, and vegetables as I can, anything will do. I just think you need to eat something more substantial. Your body needs nutrients after you workout and especially while you sleep to recover and grow so having nothing in the tank to do so during this period is pretty detrimental if you ask me. I will post up some more meals that would be convenient and nutrient dense in a bit when I have more time
