Bodyfat measured with calipers average of 11.8%
I think I am more like 14 or so but will remeasure progress off calipers so ...

Will be taking 1 cap upon waking (5-6 AM) and another around noon.

P/F/C 40/35/25 roughly
Set deficit from BMR at about 500kcals
Track calorie expenditure from training and eat it back
Basically trying to stay at TDEE less 500

Upper body push/pull split 3-4x a week with dedicated shoulder day here and there
Hill sprints & rugged trail running 4-6x a week
Light squats/lunges when I can fit them in
Walking on running off days
