For a little info I'm 3 weeks post contest so I'm primed and ready for some LBM, hoping this will help. I'm on a semi carb cycling diet with the lean gains outline. Rest days are moderate carbs ~100 and workout days are closer to 350. I also do cardio 5days a week, post workout or before I break my fast. I'm doing a hybrid type workout, low volume with FST-7 finishers, sound odd?
I also used the old jacked a few times, it was ok. It made me feel weird and by my last tub I couldn't handle it and gave it away, also semi upset my stomach
I'll be dosing micro every day, 1 scoop on rest days 1st thing in the morning and 1-2 scoops pre-workout. I'll post workouts and anything and everything else I notice.
