Gokix Kicking Fat & Taking Names With LG Rezolution Extreme ;)

First of all, I would like to thank xR1pp3Rx for the opportunity to log LG Science's Rezolution Extreme. It shipped within 4 business days which was awesome! He also threw in a bottle of LipoBurn as a bonus! I'm very excited to be trying this product and hope to see results!

About me:
Hi, I'm Gokix. Some of you might have seen me hanging around the Weight Loss sub-forum. :) I have struggled with my weight and bad eating habits for most of my life. It's not been an easy road and I was spending way too much time idling around, wondering what it'd be like to be fit & healthy as opposed to actually doing something about it. Last year I became fed up with myself and wanted a change. I started off with circuit training videos like p90 and 30 day shred which put me on the right track. Then, I fell ill for a few months and regressed, losing endurance and gaining back some of the weight I had lost. In January '12 I started adding weights to my workout regime and I've not looked back. I love how lifting has started to form my physique and seeing muscles I never thought I even had! Why hello biceps! 8 months later, 20lbs lighter and I'm still a work in progress. A.M has been a great source of inspiration and support for me and I am so thankful for the wealth of info and knowledge members (you know who you are! :wink1: ) So, now you know a little about me and I hope you'll join me in my journey! Questions, comments, concerns are welcome. Thanks for reading. :)

Goals:
To cut and reduce BF% by... a lot, because I have a lot to lose! I don't know the exact %. I'm shooting for ~15 lbs - I have a cruise coming up in November so that's my goal! Will post before pics sometime this week. If anyone is interested have a workout log in my sig. :)

Current stats:
Female
27 yrs old
5'6"
161.2 lbs (Today's PWO)
Train 3x week with 2 days of cardio. I'm working on the cardio part - it's not my favorite!

Macros/Nutrition:
Following IF 14/10 window & carb cycling
Workout Days: ~1800 calories
Rest Days: ~1400 calories

Length:
4 -8 weeks*
Will assess at 4 week mark. *Is it recommended to take a stim break after 1 month?

Additional Supps:
Dymatize Whey
Iforce compete
Fish oil
Fiber Supplement

Initial Impressions:

Dosing:
  • 1 pill/day around noon to test tolerance.
Smell:
  • Strong and a bit overwhelming. It smells like ground up coffee ** I just did a side by side comparison with Folger's Instant Roast Coffee - the smell is very similar to that.**
Energy
  • Took 1 pill at noon and the stim effects hit me within 15 minutes; started to feel a warming sensation about 30 minutes in. This stuff is definitely potent!! I can't imagine taking more than 1 pill at a time. My energy didn't exactly skyrocket but my heart did start to feel a bit heavy so something was/is happening, and it subsided about ~1 later. I felt great during my warmup/workout and it didn't interfere with that at all. Now that I've finished that heavy feeling is starting to creep up again. Hmm, any thoughts?
Appetite Suppression:
  • Ate a pre-wo snack about 2 hours after dosage on empty stomach. Hasn't done much to suppress my appetite because I've finished my workout and I'm still hungry.
Dopamine Complex:
  • I was expecting it to kick in once the stim feeling did, but it didn't. However, I had a great workout and it provided me with good, sustained energy. I'm usually burned out by the time I hit supersets but I felt like I was coasting today.

hey gurl checkin in today.. a couple of things to remember...

1. the stim effect as strong as it may be, will only deminish with time.
2. if you find its too strong you should try taking it on a fuller stomache.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I will be running both logs simultaneously. My workouts will just be logged in the other thread. :)

Thanks for the heads up :) This morning I had a cup of water, waited 30 min, then took the dosage with another cup of water. Breathing a tad on the heavy side, but no major problems so far.

I'm interested to see how this works too. I loved the original formula. Going to have to look up the new one to see what's changed.

Rezolution has always been in my top 3 fat burners. The mood enhancement for me was crazy awesome. Not to mention the energy & thermo effect.

I do cardio fasted in the afternoon, and know my 1st meal won't be until ~ 4 p.m., so essentially my feeding window for off days is more like 18/6. LG Rezolution Extreme provided me with good energy for cardio today, but more impressively, I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be. On lift days I have a pre-wo snack to help me power through, and then a big meal afterwards. However, on off days I am usually starving once noon hits so this is a good sign.

Lol I was looking around for my glasses for like 5 minutes before I left, then suddenly realized I had already had them... on my FACE. I must be going :fool2: What a dork!

DAY 3:

1 pill at 8 a.m. with glass of water. Energy was OK today; was kind of hoping it would last me longer than it did. When I got home I was pretty tired and had a small headache even after a pre-wo snack. Contemplated on taking another pill but knowing my body I am going to start off slow. Instead I had a few sips of a sugar free energy drink over lots of ice and that gave me a little boost. I think more than anything I just need a good night's rest!

DAY 4:

Dosed 1 pill at 8 a.m. with glass of water, again at 12 p.m. with glass of water, and then did an hour of cardio around 1:30 p.m. No major problems thus far with 2 dosages. Not feeling super jittery or cracked out which was a concern of mine with the increased caffeine intake. I think that's because when popping this pill you don't feel like lazing around doing nothing. It provides a nice energy so you feel like going out and accomplishing something! I only think it would be better utilized if I wasn't having problems sleeping. I slept for maybe 3 hours and then got up to tinkle. I've noticed that I've been peeing more while on Rezolution, by the way. Anyway, when I tried going back to bed my lower back started giving me problems again (ugh! :( ), and so I've been up since 4:30 a.m.

DAY 5: dosed 1 pill at 11:30 am. Slight headache and nausea followed; ate a snack about 30 minutes later. Not much appetite suppression. Dosed again at 4pm. Felt fine, no headache and wasn't feeling super hungry either. I waited an hour before eating. May try for 3 doses tomorrow.

You are very sensitive to caffeine... I guess that is both good and bad... on the brite side you probably can get really nice results from less products.

DAY 6:

Dosed 1 pill at 8 am and again at 12 p.m.

Yes it is. I've upped the dosage to 2x a day. The caffeine kick isn't as strong as it was the first few days when I was only dosing 1/day which I don't understand, maybe my body is used to it? I've experienced a heart flutter here or there, but again, nothing major and usually occurs when I get really worked up about something. I might start trying for 3x/day this week. How much is/was your wife dosing/day?

Subbed, I'm in on this one
Hi Cary! And thanks for the song rec, I really dug it!

Yes, I think it depends on the product as well. With EC I was feeling like total crap, but Rezolution seems to be much more gentler on me which is good!

she doses between 3 and 4 per day.. just depends... shes like you..if she pushes too hard shell get a little nausous and heart raceing. seems to be lessend when she takes it with food.
you are getting used to the caffine and synphrine kick.. you could continue at 2x until mid week and try a 3rd pill to see how it works..
im of the thinking that if it doesnt make me nervous or cracked out i max the dose to get the maxium results.. but then i have been useing stimulants for many many yrs.. so i can really tell when too much is too much. thats why i stand by my initial recomendation. go easy and listen to your body.. if 3s too many your gonna know it the first time you try it... if its too much do not repeat until a week later ...as by then the effects will have lessen some more.

The good news is, I haven't crashed on Rezolution even when increasing the dosage. When timed correctly, it doesn't affect my sleep either. I get tired around the same time I normally do, so around 10/11 p.m. Although I could use a new bed. :) You know, I am liking it. The real test is whether or not it's doing what it's meant to do - fat loss! 1st week weigh-in tomorrow!

I am pretty sure it was just because I was being stupid and popping them like tictacs. And I just got a new bed actually! with 3 inches of memory foam ;) that plus my sleeping pills has made a huge difference on me. and it curbed my appetite tremendously so hopefully the thermo effect is there as well! double whammies are nice

Lesson learned! And yeah, mine is just a regular old boring box spring bed with no memory foam - I'm jealous! Good to hear sleeping pills are working for ya. I tried melatonin before and it made me really drowsy but never put me to sleep. Rezolution Extreme curbs my appetite more so on workout days when I need the increased calories, haha.

DAY 7:

Dosed 1 pill at 8:30 a.m. and another at 2:30 p.m. Didn't get much sleep so I was feeling pretty tired about the time I took the 2nd pill. Not much of a caffeine kick, so I thought I'd try and take a nap... didn't work out too well! Not very hungry today either. Tired > Hungry. Sipped on some diet coke before doing cardio and that's my update for today :)
