    Can you elaborate on Rauwolscine and how it works? Is it like Yohimbine? Taken individually, yohimbine gave me very nasty side effects! So far, LG Rezolution Extreme has been a much better substitute.

    Dosed 2x today. I was pretty hungry around noon - had a protein bar/turkey lunch meat and that filled me up. Haven't eaten much other than that... actually I've been feeling bloated for most of the afternoon/evening. Even though I don't have much of an appetite, I am having crazy cravings for CHOCOLATE today! o.o

    I tried to make chocolate protein fluff once and failed miserably lol, probably because I didn't have a hand mixer. I ended up taking 2 bites and throwing the rest away. It was not pretty! I was all like:

    Dosed 2x today, morning and noon. Still feeling a bit nauseous when taken on empty stomach. It's about 7 p.m. and I don't have to be up early or anything tomorrow, so I'm going to dose again after I finish typing this.

    After today's workout. My arms need work!

    Other than fish oil and supercissus (for my neck), I took the day off other supps yesterday. I just feel like my body needed it and I will be back on schedule today.

    A day off and changing things up can be a great thing.

    I am the same way. I can only eat so many calories so I try to be smart about things. I've gotten very good and most foods taste just the same or better now.

    Dosed 3x today - no problems thus far and I'm about 1/2 done with my bottle!! Bittersweet!! Not too confident with the upcoming weigh-in on Wednesday. Had a refeed yesterday and it takes a few days for the bloat to go away! These next few days will be lower carb + fat/1xBW protein.

    i dont put alot of stock into refeed weights.. even if u show a little high its probably water weight. dont sweat it! also did u get somt of that lipobur too? put it to use.. its good for helping with this.

    bittersweet? lol i know the feel. always hate to say good bye to any ergo aide that helps the cause.

    Gokix sorry I haven't been in here in awhile. Injury slowed me down in all facets of life! Just got done catching up. Fantastic results so far! Poundage is coming down... and there is no way in hell that girl in the photo w/ the white hat on is you. 155lbs my ass! Looks like a slim 125lbs to me! !

    Okay Rip - silly question, but better to ask than to assume! Do I just apply the LipoBurn anywhere I want the fat to be targeted? With the weight loss, I've also noticed fat loss in the breast tissue. I went to get re-measured like 2 weeks ago and I had lost inches around the bust area. Can LipoBurn be used to tighten up loose skin as well? Thanks!

    tightening up loose skin takes time... when you lose bf its common for women to see breast size reduction, after all its body fat too.
    feel free to rub lipo burn on any problem areas and i recomend you use it regularly.. it dries clean and non sticky after just a couple mins.. yes use it on problem areas.

    hte trick here is to give your body enough time at your smaller size for the skin to naturally tighten up.. this is why its so important to lose fat slow and steady. be patient and keep it offz! the skin will slowly regain its tightness.

    Sporty was the look I was going for

    To answer your question; bis, tris, forearms - all of it! lol, actually I haven't been doing any direct work on my bis, it's my tris that are lacking. To work on tris I usually do BW dips at the end of my workout.

    Actually, now I think about it, it's probably a good thing that I waited to use LipoBurn... now I can assess how Rezolution Extreme has worked on it's own for these past few weeks, and how adding LipoBurn to the equation will stimulate that effect. Thanks for the kind words.

    i just started doing weighted dips again and they are kind of like squats for the upper body... Depending on how you lean you can really hit the triceps pretty good...

    Tried LipoBurn on my stomach but couldn't really tell a difference. My friend competes in figure and swear's by it, saying it tightens her up before the show. I'm thinking.... the leaner you are the better the result's, if that makes sense?!?

    I see someone suggested Quest bar's....have you tried them?? Your right, they cost a lot of bank, but damn they are GOOD!! Cinnamon bun is the best!!

    What are you doing for your triceps besides dips??

    hey Q have you tried the new version with the raspberry ketones? i agree the leaner you are the better.. there is deffinately something going on tho
    with the new version.. i like to use it on my lower chest fat and it tightens up fairly fast.. and im not terribly lean.

    I haven't heard of that!! How many times a day do you apply it? When you say - I'm not terribly lean, how much b/fat do you think your holding??

    I was thinking the same. I'm not that lean, but it's nice to know I have it in my arsenal when I do get leaner. I've never had quest bars, but hope to try some soon!

    And because I workout at home, I do BW chair dips to work triceps. I use two chairs, one backed up against the wall to support the chair. Like this:

    DAY 20:

    Dosed 2x today. Waited too long and it's now about 8p.m., too close to bedtime. Still chugging along... I find that I'm really hungry around noon so that's when I have a pre-wo snack. Appetite suppression post workout is still strong. I'm not super hungry by then, and I could probably just have a shake or two and be done for the night.

    Didn't realize you workout from home, must have missed that part of your log!! Nice tricep dip photo, although that doesn't really look like you Okay....if your doing ez curl's then I assume you have a bar and free weight's/ dumbbells at home, so what about trying skull crushers? That's another version of the ez curl's but you lay down. When I do these, I perform several drops set's....really works the triceps.

    Well....12-13% is pretty lean in my book!! Will also give the new version a try when I lean out more. Like gokix811 said, it will be nice to save that for later. You mentioned getting Quest bar samples from someone, that I assume is on this site?? I would love to try a few other flavors besides cinnamon bun and peanut butter choc.....

    Skulls are really good. Close grip bench is also very good. If you have a decline bench, skull crushers on a decline bench are my favorite...

    ask sawa if her hubby can hook it up.. shes a genomyx rep but her husband is the head quest rep i belive. 12-13 might be lean for some but being a former fatty i still dont look as good as i would like.

    you dont need a steep decline. You can put a couple plates under one end of the bench...

    Your going to love it.. Great stretch on that exercise.
