  3. You are very sensitive to caffeine... I guess that is both good and bad... on the brite side you probably can get really nice results from less products.

  4. DAY 6:

Dosed 1 pill at 8 am and again at 12 p.m.

Yes it is. I've upped the dosage to 2x a day. The caffeine kick isn't as strong as it was the first few days when I was only dosing 1/day which I don't understand, maybe my body is used to it? I've experienced a heart flutter here or there, but again, nothing major and usually occurs when I get really worked up about something. I might start trying for 3x/day this week. How much is/was your wife dosing/day?

Yes, I think it depends on the product as well. With EC I was feeling like total crap, but Rezolution seems to be much more gentler on me which is good!

  5. she doses between 3 and 4 per day.. just depends... shes like you..if she pushes too hard shell get a little nausous and heart raceing. seems to be lessend when she takes it with food.
you are getting used to the caffine and synphrine kick.. you could continue at 2x until mid week and try a 3rd pill to see how it works..
im of the thinking that if it doesnt make me nervous or cracked out i max the dose to get the maxium results.. but then i have been useing stimulants for many many yrs.. so i can really tell when too much is too much. thats why i stand by my initial recomendation. go easy and listen to your body.. if 3s too many your gonna know it the first time you try it... if its too much do not repeat until a week later ...as by then the effects will have lessen some more.

Thanks And I notice that I'm more aware of any slight effects if I sit around doing nothing, but if I keep busy I hardly notice it at all!

Haha I can't even imagine taking 3 at a time! I'm only taking one at a time, separated by a few hours.

unless you have a lot of stuff to do in a very short amount of time I wouldnt recommend it lol strong crash was strong, hope you are liking the product though. Really like how good it makes me feel as opposed to just cranky like Lean EFX (w/ dimethyl) made me feel

The good news is, I haven't crashed on Rezolution even when increasing the dosage. When timed correctly, it doesn't affect my sleep either. I get tired around the same time I normally do, so around 10/11 p.m. Although I could use a new bed. You know, I am liking it. The real test is whether or not it's doing what it's meant to do - fat loss! 1st week weigh-in tomorrow!

I am pretty sure it was just because I was being stupid and popping them like tictacs. And I just got a new bed actually! with 3 inches of memory foam that plus my sleeping pills has made a huge difference on me. and it curbed my appetite tremendously so hopefully the thermo effect is there as well! double whammies are nice

Lesson learned! And yeah, mine is just a regular old boring box spring bed with no memory foam - I'm jealous! Good to hear sleeping pills are working for ya. I tried melatonin before and it made me really drowsy but never put me to sleep. Rezolution Extreme curbs my appetite more so on workout days when I need the increased calories, haha.

haha good stuff! and yeah I have a prescription for real sleeping pills :P increase GABA and all that so it's a win win.
I am logging t911 and that makes me hungrier than a mofoooo (not trying to hijack but you should check it out!)

  15. DAY 7:

Dosed 1 pill at 8:30 a.m. and another at 2:30 p.m. Didn't get much sleep so I was feeling pretty tired about the time I took the 2nd pill. Not much of a caffeine kick, so I thought I'd try and take a nap... didn't work out too well! Not very hungry today either. Tired > Hungry. Sipped on some diet coke before doing cardio and that's my update for today

  16. Im digging the new profile picture you have there gokix. Keep the log going strong!

  17. Thank ya kindly

  19. Here's a motivational quote for ya by Napoleon Hill, you may have heard it before.

I've never heard of it before, but it's a great quote

  21. WEEK 1 COMPLETION:

    PW: 161.2
    CW: 159.6
    __________
    -1.6lbs

I was sitting at 159 in the middle of the week, so I'm satisfied with that. Weight is also slightly effected by the fact that 'Aunt Flo' visited me yesterday. Great timing as usual! =\ I worked hard this week, my diet was pretty clean, and I haven't had a refeed yet. Still keeping cals to ~1800/1400. Onto week 2! I'll be dosing 3x a day starting today. Thanks to everyone who is still following along! You guys/gals rock!

  22. DAY 9 [yesterday]:

Woke up with a slight headache... Headache turned into a horrible migraine that I could not shake the whole day! I haven't had a migraine this bad since I started IF for the first time ~2 months ago. I could not concentrate on anything Still managed to dose at 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. So, migraines on top of hormonal changes on top of learning new stuff at work = not a good day. I stretched around 8 p.m. and called it an early night. Woke up around 3 a.m. with chronic lower back pain and ended up sleeping on the ground, on my side, to help alleviate the pain. I'm going to chalk the headache up to a one-time thing and hopefully this doesn't become a daily occurrence.

  23. sounds like a diet thing to me... id personally drop that IF stuff. even you admit you havnt had one of these head aches sence the last tiem u ran IF.
the body is quite pecular when it comes to massive diet swings.. add on that and your period hit at the exact time you were swapping in the new diet.

if you want to strip body fat and at the fastest rate possible i recomend you try the body opus or UD2.0 these diets are amasingly fast and target womens problem areas better than any other diet known. either way i hope you dont get any more of those.

How much of a diet swing are ya talking about? I guess you could say I've technically been on a 'diet' since the beginning of this year. I tried going keto before and that was definitely NOT for me. I'm still on IF and have been running IF since July. IF was a tough adjustment in the beginning, mainly because my problem was that I breaking my fast with a high calorie + high carb meal which did not work for my body. About 2 weeks later I started to break my fast with smaller meals spread throughout my feeding window and once I did that the headaches subsided. I thought Body Opus was designed for those with low bf%?

  25. i must have misread.. i thought i read u recently re-started IF.. did not realise u simply adjusted it. my bad. if you had been returning to IF from a regular diet that would have consituted the swing i was reffering to.

B-O diet is quite and old protocol and actually was the forerunner to UD2.0 but a redo of UD1. anyhow duchaines theroy was that the diet could lead to systematic acidosis if you stayed on it too long.. this theroy of his has long been dispelled.. it doesnt matter tho... you are pretty lean in the big picture... i know your not at your goal yet but just judgeing from that avi id say you might have 20lbs to gett totally ripped.. of course i cant see your butt and that could be huge for all i know :P J/K i know its not.

the hard part of any CKD is that you have to get past the two week hump inwich that period of time you are teaching your body how to use ketones for energy.. now the brain it self actually prefers ketones.. it just need to get used to them. thats probably why you didnt do well on the keto set up... that or you were not following a cyclic version?

Are Body Opus and UD2.0 based on higher fat + low/no carb dieting? Even though I dabbled in keto for 2 weeks, I probably wasn't following it properly. But I also like carbs and can't imagine giving them up completely. Right now I'm carb cyling along with IF - higher carbs on workout days, low carb on rest days. Trying to stick to a diet that allows for a good balance in the long run, so I don't end up yo-yo-ing like I have in the past.

Body composition - my upper body is leaning out faster than my lower body, so I still have a while to go before achieving that ripped look. It's more noticeable when flexing, but when I'm relaxed it's not all that impressive! I'll have to post pics soon.

I'm the same way. I can't see a diffrence when looking in the mirror every day but I did notice a difference when I took a pic Wednesday and compared it to my starting pic.
After a year off, I'm back

  28. DAY 10:

Dosed 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. 1 hour prior to my work out I had a pre-wo snack, sipped on 1/3 of a can of a sugar free energy drink and HOLY COW!! I am literally jumping off the walls! I had a great workout; usually I just want to lay down when all is done, but I'm still super pumped and so I finished off my workout with some planks! Yesterday I felt like death, and today I feel on top of my little world - funny how that works!

  29. BEFORE PICS: 158.6 lbs
