I do cardio fasted in the afternoon, and know my 1st meal won't be until ~ 4 p.m., so essentially my feeding window for off days is more like 18/6. LGprovided me with good energy for cardio today, but more impressively, I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be. On lift days I have a pre-wo snack to help me power through, and then a big meal afterwards. However, on off days I am usually starving once noon hits so this is a good sign.
