For the next 8 weeks I'll be running quite the stack. I've never used this many supplements at once, but the combination should be helpful in achieving my goals. With the help of a lot of great sales over the last few months I've been able to generate a decent stash of supps and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can get out of this combo. I'm waiting on a new hard drive for my computer so I'm starting out posting everything from my phone. It should arrive this week, but until then this is going to be a pain.



The Main Stack:
Test Powder (2 tubs/8 weeks)
Erase Pro (2 bottles/8 weeks)
AnaBeta Elite (3 bottles/ 8 weeks)
Alphamine (2 tubs/ 8 weeks)
X-Gels (~6 bottles/5 weeks)

Other Supplements:

Dosing:

TPowder-2 scoops w/pre workout meal on training days. 2 scoops with breakfast on non training days

Erase Pro- 1 cap AM on an empty stomach

AB Elite- 6 caps daily. 2 caps with pre and post workout meal/shake and 2 caps with another meal/meals on training days. 6 caps spread throughout the day with meals on non training days. With doses not around my workouts the caps will vary between 1-2 depending on what I'm eating.

Alphamine- 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach. 1 scoop afternoon on a somewhat empty stomach.

X-Gels- 2g ArA(20 gels) pre workout.
-these will be taken sometime between weeks 1-6. Still waiting for Glycergrow to arrive.
ALCAR- 2g pre workout
Glycergrow- 3 scoops pre workout during X-Gel run
Calcium- 1g pre workout (to block some Zinc absorption from X-Gels)
-I had thought about not including X-Gels in this stack, but after going over things with a highly valued member of AM it was decided that there was a good deal of merit in including them.

Cissus XT- 4 caps away from workout/X-Gel dosing (early morning or late night depending on schedule). 2 caps AM/2 caps PM when not dosing X-Gels

Orange Triad- 2 caps 3x daily w/meals

Recover Pro- intra workout

Gut Health- 1 cap PM

Pancreatin- with all meals

Protein- post workout /random times

-I normally take fish oil, but will be dropping it while running X-Gels




Goals: Add some lean mass/strength and drop a little fat.

Diet: High carbs, protein, and fat. I have trouble absorbing food so I'm required to eat a lot. I will start out eating slightly above maintenance and make adjustments based on changes in body composition. I'm currently eating 5500-6500 (clean) calories daily based on what I'm doing each day.



Training: No specific program. Lower reps with the majority of lifts especially compounds.

Tuesday-Shoulders/Traps
Wednesday-Back
Thursday-Arms or OFF
Friday-Legs/ Abs

I started supplementing yesterday which was spent out of the gym and I had my first workout today. I will have some starting pics up tonight and should be caught up with posting initial thoughts and the first couple workouts by some point tomorrow.

Thanks bolt. I'm pretty excited about these next couple months. I noticed we seem to favor a lot of the same supplements. I'll be doing my best to make this an "insane" run.

Haha thanks brother. I'm curious to see where I end up as well. I'd ideally like to add a little size and tighten up my appearance as well. I'm pretty much a robot when it comes to my diet and training lol. I'll try to provide as much feedback as I can along the way.

One quick question for you breezy....if you have excess water or skin, what is the best macro to target for your diet to start working on losing it ? P/C/F ? Based on your experience of course.

Sorry, but I don't really have a good answer for you. I've actually never attempted to alter my diet or macros very much. I always end up right around 40/30/30 (C/P/F) on a daily basis. With the amount of food I consume I would have a really hard time hitting my calorie target while doing something like low carb or IF. I eat all day everyday, but keep my food choices clean. It works for me, so I'll stick with until it doesn't.

Welcome aboard DJ!

1) There was a misunderstanding during the manufacturing process of this initial batch of X-Gels. The ArA content was supposed to be 250mg per cap, but ended up being 100mg (SNS compensated those who purchased before this was found out) . As a result, in order to get 2g of ArA I need to take 20 gels, which also gives me 100mg of Zinc (5mg per gel). 1g of Calcium taken with the X-gels will inhibit a good amount of Zinc from being absorbed. 100mg of Zinc is too much.

2) ArA (X-Gels) is a pro-inflammatory fatty acid. Fish oil being anti-inflammatory could lower the effectiveness of X-Gels. All anti-inflammatories should be taken away from the time of ArA dosing or avoided all together. That's why I'll be dropping the fish oil and taking the Cissus as far away from the X-Gels as possible.

3) Actually that's my brother...people always get us confused lol.

Your progress and overall build is straight up incredible man! With your calorie and carb intake I'm just in aw at how lean and shredded you stay. I know I'm kicking a dead horse here but wtf bro! True sparty.
Thanks dude. I've been more than happy with the way I've been able to get my size back. I guess I have a pretty good handle on the "lean bulk" concept lol.

Some initial thoughts (pre day 1):

I have run the majority of these supplements (or their ingredients) in the past and have a decent idea what to expect out of them. I have experience with E Pro, AB Elite, DAA, and ArA (one X-Factor run a few years ago).

I obviously haven't had the chance to run Alphamine being that it was just released, but have experience with some of the ingredients including N-Coumaroyldopamine (in Compound 20). I'm most interested in seeing how Alphamine will effect my appearance over the next 8 weeks. I decided to try it out a week ago and it left a good first impression. I'm pretty stim tolerant and 2 scoops provided a good amount of clean energy. There was also a slight thermo effect felt along with some appetite suppression. I took my "test dose" right when I woke up and didn't eat for a few hours. I'm normally starving shortly after waking up and Alphamine kept the hunger at bay. It doesn't crush my appetite and I could easily eat if I chose to which is a good thing considering the amount of food I take in. The flavor I used was Fruit Punch (I have Raspberry Lemonade as well) and I thought it was great. I'm not a fan of FP in general, but I honestly enjoyed the taste of Alphamine.

Day 1 (Sep 1)

Weight: 207.4lbs

I feel like I was holding some water and will probably see my weight drop somewhat over the next few days. I usually hit a weekly high by the end of the weekend and drop some water as the work week progresses (currently working a physical day job).


Supplement intake:

Alphamine- 2 scoops AM (Raspberry Lemonade) 1 scoop 6 hours later (Fruit Punch)

The morning dose provided good clean energy and I waited a couple hours before eating. The RL flavor is delicious and I prefer it over FP (which is also very good). 1 scoop in the afternoon provided a minimal pick me up, but not as noticeable as my morning dose.

Erase Pro- 1 cap AM in an empty stomach

AB Elite- 2 caps with breakfast, 1 cap each with daytime meals, 2 caps with dinner.

I notice some immediate effects with ABE. I sometimes feel a slight increase in muscle fullness shortly after taking it with a large meal. This was the case with my initial dose. I love the instant gratification I get with this supp.


Test Powder- 2 scoops with breakfast

This was my first taste of TPwder and I was pleased with the flavor. It's Fruit Punch, and once again I was surprised that I enjoyed it like I did with Alphamine. It wasn't as good as Alpha, but it was pretty tasty considering its DAA...no sourness detected.

I most likely won't be detailing supplement intake to this extent all the time as it will be repetitive, is outlined in my first post, and I'm typing this on my phone. I'm extremely busy during the week and just keeping a log is a challenge in itself. This is more to offer some first impressions on a couple of the supplements.


Additional Thoughts:

The day was spent out of the gym relaxing. I worked legs the day before and beat them up pretty good. At this point there's not much to report being that its day 1 of supplementation.

Day 2 (Sep 2)

I had my morning scoops Alphamine (RL), a cap of EP, and waited a few hours before eating breakfast. During the week I'll be eating about 40 mins after my initial Alphamine dose. Once again I had good energy that was clean and jitter free.

I had my pre workout meal (breakfast) with 2 caps of ABE and 2 scoops of TPwder. I took 2 scoops of White Flood before heading to the gym. With my stim tolerance being high, there was no problem haven taken Alphamine about 4 hours earlier.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake consisting of protein and oats on the ride home from the gym. I held off on eating and had a scoop of Alphamine(FP) about 2 hours after my shake. My final 2 caps of ABE were taken with dinner.


I'm already noticing a slight increase in vascularity. There was a vein running across my shoulder which remained visible throughout the day. This is most likely the quick work of AB Elite.

Day 3

I started my day with a couple scoops of RL Alphamine and a cap of EP. At this point RL is a clear favorite over FP for me although they are both really good. Having the day off from work, I went a couple hours before eating with the help of Alphamine.

I weighed in at 206.8lbs (-0.6lbs overall). I noticed that my appearance was looking a little tighter than a couple days ago. I think Erase Pro has started to take care of some extra water that I may have been holding. This is right in line with my previous use of Erase/Erase Pro.

I had a big breakfast which was also my pre workout meal. I wasn't going to make it to the gym until about 1.5 hours after eating, so I had 1 cap of ABE/2 scoops of TPwder with my meal and another cap of ABE right before leaving.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Alphamine helps me power through a day of work tomorrow. I'm normally falling asleep shortly after lunch and could really use some additional energy.

Day 4

I was extremely tired and had a horrible time trying to wake up this morning. As soon as I could drag my ass out of bed I had 2 scoops of FP Alphamine and a cap of EP. About 10 mins later I finally felt functional. I didn't get any crazy energy, but it was enough to get me up and running.

There was a big jump in weight this morning when I stepped on the scale at 210.4lbs (+3lbs overall). I still feel I'm looking tighter than a few days ago and expect to see my weight go down over the next few work days as it always does.

I had a big breakfast about 40 mins later which was somewhat of a hassle to finish. I honestly wasn't hungry at all, but I need to take advantage of my time in the morning and get down a bunch of calories. I seem to be getting a good amount of appetite suppression from Alphamine. I had 2 caps of ABE with my 1500 calorie meal and will have the remaining 4 caps of the day around my workout tonight.

I'm hoping to get a good kick in the pants from a scoop of Alphamine this afternoon as I feel like it will be much needed by that time. I'll be bringing a scoop in a little key chain funnel/container that came with the USPlabs 3in1 shaker. They're pretty cool if you haven't seen one.

I'm up, I'm up lol. I get up sometime before 5 on weekdays. Yeah its a little funnel with screw on caps at each end. It's perfect for a scoop of whatever on the go. I hear ya with the shakers. I have about 10 as well. I got this one free (like most of them) with TPwder. It has pill storage on top, the bottom has a powder container that screws on/off, and it came with the mini funnel key chain thing...I don't keep it with my keys.

Can't believe you don't get crazy good energy from two scoops! Then again I don't respond to craze what so ever so I guess different products effect people differently. 210! Could of swore your last log you finished at t 205ish? I would love to get your lean gains bro!

Nice! Great job bro. 2+ pounds a month is solid bro. My strength keeps going up but my weight seems to be at a halt. Sucks but better then plateauing and not gaining weight!

Nice! Great job bro. 2+ pounds a month is solid bro. My strength keeps going up but my weight seems to be at a halt. Sucks but better the plateauing and not gaining weight!
Thanks man. I agree. As long as I'm seeing decent progress somewhere im not too concerned.

Day 4 continued

I ended up having my second dose of Alphamine (1 scoop RL) around 11:30am. There was a noticeable increase in energy felt within a few minutes. I actually just poured the scoop directly into my mouth and chased it with water since I only had a gallon jug with me. I think this technique made the stim effect hit me a little faster. This was 6 hours after my first dose and within the suggested time frame on the tub's directions. I was wondering what difference, if any, there would be if I waited until around 2:30pm (9 hours post initial dose) for my second serving. I would most likely dose it in the afternoon if there wasn't any impact on the overall effectiveness of the supplement.

I unexpectedly got out of work early and have tomorrow off as well (I didn't get fired lol). I'm going to enjoy the chance to get some quality sleep/rest as I'm usually completely worn out and ready to collapse by the end of the week.

I just had 2 caps of ABE and 2 scoops of TPowder with a somewhat light meal and will be heading to the gym for a shoulder/trap workout.

You have me wanting that RL flavor! I ordered some so I should have it soon! Thanks to breezy and his wonderful persuasiveness I'm going broke with PES!! Lmao just playing.

I've waited longer quite a few times to dose it and the only difference I notice is it makes it harder for me to get to sleep the later take that serving. The other effects don't seem to be any different from doing it.

I'd agree the only issue with dosing later would be if it causes sleep issues due to the stims. Otherwise I'd say you would be good to go.

I think your progress is about to take a leap forward. I used X-Gels when they came out (same 2g pwo dose) and saw huge strength increases as well as really nice recomp effects. You are going to like it.

Don't blame me. You're old enough to make your own decisions lol. You should like it...its delicious. PES has been taking a good deal of my money lately too.

Taking it later in the day shouldn't be an issue. I can take a large amount of stims around 7 or 8PM without any trouble getting to sleep.

Thanks for the feedback bolt. I'll switch up the time of my second dose depending on when I eat during the day. It changes quite frequently.

I'm excited to get them started in the next day or two. My Glycergrow arrived today, but I ran out of ALCAR and won't have more until Thursday. I did just get some CF Focus XT though. Maybe I'll use it pre workout tomorrow with X-Gels. FP Focus XT/FP Alphamine sounds like a great way to start the day as well.
