For the next 8 weeks I'll be running quite the stack. I've never used this many supplements at once, but the combination should be helpful in achieving my goals. With the help of a lot of great sales over the last few months I've been able to generate a decent stash of supps and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can get out of this combo. I'm waiting on a new hard drive for my computer so I'm starting out posting everything from my phone. It should arrive this week, but until then this is going to be a pain.
The Main Stack:

TPowder-2 scoops w/pre workout meal on training days. 2 scoops with breakfast on non training days
Pro- 1 cap AM on an empty stomach
AB Elite- 6 caps daily. 2 caps with pre and post workout meal/shake and 2 caps with another meal/meals on training days. 6 caps spread throughout the day with meals on non training days. With doses not around my workouts the caps will vary between 1-2 depending on what I'm eating.
Alphamine- 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach. 1 scoop afternoon on a somewhat empty stomach.
X-Gels- 2g ArA(20 gels) pre workout.
-these will be taken sometime between weeks 1-6. Still waiting for Glycergrow to arrive.
ALCAR- 2g pre workout
Glycergrow- 3 scoops pre workout during X-Gel run
Calcium- 1g pre workout (to block some Zinc absorption from X-Gels)
-I had thought about not including X-Gels in this stack, but after going over things with a highly valued member of AM it was decided that there was a good deal of merit in including them.
Cissus XT- 4 caps away from workout/X-Gel dosing (early morning or late night depending on schedule). 2 caps AM/2 caps PM when not dosing X-Gels
- 2 caps 3x daily w/meals
Recover Pro- intra workout
- 1 cap PM
Pancreatin- with all meals
Protein- post workout /random times
-I normally take , but will be dropping it while running X-Gels
Goals: Add some lean mass/strength and drop a little fat.
Diet: High carbs, protein, and fat. I have trouble absorbing food so I'm required to eat a lot. I will start out eating slightly above maintenance and make adjustments based on changes in body composition. I'm currently eating 5500-6500 (clean) calories daily based on what I'm doing each day.
Training: No specific program. Lower reps with the majority of lifts especially compounds.
Monday-Biceps/Forearms/Calves/Abs or OFF
Thursday-Arms or OFF
I started supplementing yesterday which was spent out of the gym and I had my first workout today. I will have some starting pics up tonight and should be caught up with posting initial thoughts and the first couple workouts by some point tomorrow.
