  3. As I said earlier.. You don't need to train your arms. They get enough work from moving plates on leg day. Unbelievable !

  5. I'm currently sipping on 2 scoops of RL Alphamine, 1 scoop CF Focus XT, 1 scoop Lemon RecoverPro, and 1 scoop Raspberry RecoverPro. It's delicious and should provide a nice boost to help me get through setting up and transferring files on my new computer.

  6. Day 14 continued

    Appetite suppression was there with my afternoon dose of Alphamine. It took me quite a while to finish my first meal about 1.5 hours later. My hunger has recently returned to somewhat normal and I was able to finish a large dinner pretty easily. I'm truly impressed with the appetite suppression I get from Alphamine as I've never had this result from products claiming to do the same.

    I had another 2 caps of ABE with meals throughout the day and I'm dosing my final 2 pre bed. I'm curious to see what I'll notice, if anything, when I have the opportunity to sleep more than 5 hours.

  7. Day 15

    I noticed a couple things after dosing 2 caps of ABE pre bed. I woke up once to use the bathroom during my sleep, but it was shortly before I was planning on getting up anyways. This was an improvement from the 2-3 times I normally do this throughout the night. I also had a couple of vivid dreams which doesn't happen very often for me. These experiences could be a coincidence, but I'm starting to think otherwise. I'll most likely save a cap for pre bed dosing tonight as well.

    I woke up and immediately had 2 scoops of FP Alphamine with a cap of EP. I was able to handle a decent sized breakfast about 1.5 hours later without a problem. This was my pre workout meal and I dosed 2 caps of ABE and 2 scoops of TPwder with it.

    I'm about to finish up my pre workout supplementation with the following:

    20 X-Gels
    3 scoops GlycerGrow
    2g ALCAR
    1g calcium
    1 scoop CF Focus XT

    I'll be working chest/triceps and will probably have to work at an accelerated pace. I have a couple errands to run before I get home to watch football.

    My workout felt great. Strength was up all around while shortening rest on some exercises.

    I noticed some acceleration in strength gains compared to my recent workouts. Any increases just felt easier. I think TPwder is starting to help with this.

    I had a decent pump going even while performing lower reps. It wasn't a huge difference, but the change was noticeable.

    I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake. I was uncomfortably full after finishing my shake. I believe I was still feeling some of the appetite suppression from my morning dose of Alphamine.

    My second dose of Alphamine (2 scoops RL) was around 4pm. I was getting tired at the time and it gave me good energy that lasted throughout the rest of the day. I had a meal about 1.5 hours later which took me a lot longer to finish than normal. I'm starting to get my appetite back and should handle a big dinner pretty well. My large calorie requirement mixed with appetite suppression can be difficult at times. If I was eating about 4500 cals or below I wouldn't see there being any struggle.

    I'll be dosing my final 2 caps of ABE with dinner and pre bed.

  9. Day 16

    I woke up weighing 209.4lbs (+2lbs overall) and looking pretty lean. My appearance hasn't changed drastically, but I do see some improvements.

    I hap 2 scoops of FP Alphamine with a cap of EP and some Cissus XT. I really didn't want to be up, but the extra energy was a nice help.

    I had a big breakfast with a cap of ABE which wasn't too hard to finish. I should be lifting after work and will dose the remaining 5 caps around my workout and pre bed.

  10. Day 16 continued

    Work wasn't as physically demanding today and I made it through with plenty of energy. I was feeling a little sluggish after lunch, but 2 scoops of RL Alphamine quickly turned things around and had me energized. I'm starting to get hungry now, which is 4 hours after dosing, and just in time for my pre workout meal.

    I'll be taking the following with my meal/just before heading to the gym:

    2 caps ABE
    2 scoops TPwder
    20 X-Gels
    1.5g ALCAR
    1g Calcium
    3 scoops GlycerGrow
    1 scoop CF Focus XT
    200mg caffeine

    Today will be a biceps/forearms/calves/abs workout. I'm hoping to see an increased pump, but I won't be bothered if it doesn't happen.

    I think that the Mucuna Puriens (L-DOPA) in TPwder could be adding to the mood enhancement I'm experiencing. I believe it could also have a part in the deeper sleep/vivid dreams as of late...I'm not sure why I didn't think of this until now.

    I plan on dosing a cap of ABE pre bed. After considering the possible effects of L-DOPA I'm not sure what to think about the ABE pre bed. Starting tomorrow I'll go without it before bed and see if the deeper sleep and/or vivid dreams continue.

    I'm getting pretty excited about the stack going forward (not that I wasn't already). I've responded very well to DAA in the past and I seem to be heading down a similar path. Everything is starting to get going in full gear and it should be fun.

    I stayed up later than I would've like watching football and I'm paying the price this morning. 2 scoops of Alphamine (with EP and Cissus XT) have me going with good energy, but I have a feeling the lack of sleep will have an effect as the day goes on.

    I had 2 caps of ABE with my breakfast and will have 4 caps around my workout. I'll be skipping the pre bed dose tonight.

    After reading a few Alphamine threads I discovered that it would be beneficial to go without food as long as possible after dosing Alphamine (2-3 hours would be a good start). This allows the a-2 antagonism aspect from Yohimbe to take place which would be cut short by food otherwise. I wait a good 3-5 hours after my second dose, but usually only have about 35-40 mins after Alphamine before breakfast. I might mix up a scoop tonight and drink it when I normally wake up to use the bathroom sometime between 3-4am. This would give me 3 hours before ingesting any food. I would save a scoop for when I wake up as well. Obviously stims while sleeping isn't ideal, but considering my stim tolerance and that I fall back asleep within seconds of going to the bathroom I might give it a test run. Holding off on food in the morning would be the best option, but I don't see that possible with the amount I consume and my schedule. On the weekend I will continue to hold off on food following my morning dose as I have been.

    Edit: I'm leaning towards bailing on this idea. Any thoughts?

  15. Day 17 continued

    My morning dose of Alphamine gave me the energy needed to make it through the morning. However, soon after lunch a was feeling pretty rundown. I kept checking the time as I waited for 1.5 hours to pass before taking another 2 scoops. After my afternoon dose I was able to cruise through the rest of the day with decent energy. I don't have to be at work until 11am tomorrow, so I'll be able to get some quality sleep as well as hold off on eating after my first dose of Alphamine in the morning.

    I'll be heading to the gym for a shoulder/ trap workout shortly. I'm a little more tired than I'd like, but I'm excited to hit the gym. The last few workouts have been great and I'm hoping to continue the trend.

    I'll be dosing the following with a light pre workout meal:

    The gym was a great time. I added in a few different exercises and didn't have many repeats from last week, so any strength increases were harder to gauge. Regardless of the exercises performed, I felt strong and left feeling accomplished.

    I was in a great mood throughout my workout again. The pump ended up pretty intense towards the end of my routine

    I had 2 caps of ABE with my protein and oats shake following my workout.

    My libido has been up the last couple days which is always nice to see. Ever since I got sick about 1.5 years ago it has been basically non existent besides when I've used DAA. It'd be nice if it stuck around permanently, as it seems to be the final step in getting my old self back.

    I won't be dosing ABE pre bed and am curious to see if I notice any differences.

    I have a late start to the work day tomorrow and will be able to get some good rest. It couldn't have come at a better time and should help me recharge/get through the rest of the week . I'll also have the luxury of holding off on breakfast after my morning Alphamine dose.

    Thank you very much fumoney. I'm really enjoying the log and I find it a great way to stay extra focused. Sitting down and analyzing what's going on each day helps keep me on the right track for a successful run. I thought perhaps it was the type of log people didn't want to see considering how dead its been the last few days lol. Either way, I plan on staying consistent and trying my best to get the most out of this.

  25. Day 18

    The couple extra hours of sleep last night had me feeling refreshed this morning. I woke up to 2 scoops of FP Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT.

    With my morning free I waited about 3 hours before having breakfast. I had 2 caps of ABE with my food and the appetite suppression wasn't nearly as strong after waiting to eat.

    I weighed exactly 209lbs (+1.6lbs overall) this morning. Any weight added looks to be a positive as I don't see any fat gain. I actually think I look slightly leaner than when I started. The difference is very minimal, but with my weight being up overall I'm pleasantly surprised.

    There have been a few days where I haven't quite hit my intended calorie target. On those days I've been above maintenance, but fell 200-300 calories short due to appetite suppression from Alphamine. If anything this will make "tightening up" in the last few weeks of my run easier.
