    I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake. I'll be having 1 cap shortly before bed.

    My joints started feeling a little rusty a couple days ago, which was expected with my current stack. I added an additional cap of Cissus XT the last 2 days and the aches have gone away. Hopefully my joints (mainly elbows) continue to hold up at my current dose.
    Great workout !!! Moving serious weight here.

    Thanks as always man. Cissus is a miracle for me. I can barely move without it sometimes. My elbows get to the point where I have to roll out of bed because I can't stand the pain of putting any weight on them. I'd recommend Super Cissus or Cissus XT as they're the only ones I've tried. Both are very effective for me and provide quick relief.

    I'm not positive, but I think I slept through the night without interruption. However, I woke up tired having only slept about 5 hours. I'm going to try ABE pre bed on a night where I can actually sleep in a little and see how that goes.

    I had a mix of FP and RL Alphamine (1 scoop each) first thing this morning. It was a delicious combo (thanks LTL). A cap of EP and some Cissus XT were taken with the Alphamine about 40 mins before breakfast. I dosed 2 caps of ABE with my food, which I couldn't completely finish. It was a 1700 calorie meal and I had to tap out due to the appetite suppression from Alphamine.

    Thanks man. I always used super cissus in the past, but got a good deal on Cissus XT and gave it a shot. I've gone through 4+ bottles and can't tell a difference in effectiveness between the two. I feel bad for cheating on super cissus though, especially after everything its done for me lol.

    It's a tasty combo for sure. If you respond to it as well as me and many others, you'll be feeling better shortly. I notice a big improvement within the first week and it continues to get better.

  10. Day 12 continued

    I started feeling rundown as soon as I finished lunch today and immediately began watching the clock in anticipation of my afternoon Alphamine. I mixed up 2 scoops of RL and it gave me enough energy to finish up the rest of the workday. It didn't give me a crazy/intense boost, but it definitely brought me back to life and turned around what would have been a miserable afternoon. I started getting hungry not long ago, which was 5 hours after dosing. That's a decent amount of time considering my normal appetite.

    I'll be heading to the gym for an arm focused workout. I'm about to take the following with a small meal:

    I think the DAA in TPwder is starting to help my progress in the gym. Strength was up a little more than it has been recently.

    I've been getting a few compliments/comments the last couple days regarding both my gym and size progress. I don't wear sleeveless or cut-off shirts while I lift, so I was surprised anyone would notice any physique changes. One guy asked me if I fight crime on the weekends lol.

    I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake on my ride home from the gym.

  12. Day 13

    My sleep quality was awful last night. I was waking up/rolling around every hour. I don't know if its a coincidence, but I didn't dose ABE pre bed last night. It was really rough getting out of bed and 2 scoops of Alphamine are the only reason I'm functioning at this point. I can't wait until the workday is over and I am able to catch up on some sleep tonight.

    I had a cap of EP and some Cissus XT with my Alphamine and 2 caps of ABE with my breakfast. I wasn't thinking about a pre bed cap of ABE at the time, but will use one if I end up skipping the gym. I'll see how I feel by the time I get home from work.

    Breakfast was once again a challenge. I'm going to have to sit down and rethink my meal timing/size because Alphamine is making my breakfast a big task. I'm glad I'll have the ability to hold off on eating tomorrow morning with the day free from work.

    My weight this morning was 211.4lbs (+4lbs overall). I'm still surprised by how I could be up this much weight at this point. However, without any noticeable negative weight added, I'm not complaining.

    Thanks Dj. Yeah the 4lbs is more than expected. I'm still waiting to see it drop a little. I've gained weight like this before (last time I ran ABE) and it usually slowly drops or levels off for a while after the initial gain. We will have to wait and see what happens.

I was beyond tired after lunch and 2 scoops of Alphamine a couple hours later helped my energy a small amount. I'm not sure any amount of stims could go up against the stretch of long physical workdays with 4-5 hours of sleep daily. I thankfully got out of work around 3PM, went home, and eventually passed out for a couple hours (2 hours after dosing Alphamine).

    I feel much better after one of the few naps I've taken since I was a little kid. I didn't think I would, but I'll be heading to the gym for a leg workout in about an hour. This gives me the opportunity to use tomorrow as a complete rest day, with both work and the gym off.

    I'll be taking the following with a small meal prior to the gym:

    2 scoops TPwder
    20 X-Gels
    3 scoops GlycerGrow

    I had to keep my workout short, but I still left feeling like it was effective. I only had 40 mins before the grocery store closed, so I shortened my rest periods considerably, stayed higher rep than usual, and kept moving.

    I've been having trouble finishing my larger afternoon/evening meals since upping my second dose of Alphamine to 2 scoops. I may have to lower the dose due to the amount of food I need on a daily basis. Even if I transition into a recomp/cut the last few weeks of my run, I'd still need around 5000 calories (sometimes more) depending on my daily activity.

  19. Nice job on those lifts bro. I have been shortening my leg days lately but seem to be seeing more increase each week. Think my legs respond better to less substance.

    I've been noticing an increase in appetite suppression by using the night time dosing of ABE. The difference is insane that it makes on appetite. ABE has me eating everything in sight even with the alpha. I also seem to be waking up dry and slim with the late dose too so I may keep doing it this way. Keep updating on this as well if you could please.

    Thanks dude. I would've preferred a few more sets/exercises, but it doesn't seem to make a big difference in my results. Strength was up after doing marathon squats last week instead of my usual 5-6 heavier sets and other exercises. As long as I keep good form and have trouble walking out of the gym I'm happy.

    As far as I can tell ABE is having no impact on the appetite suppression from Alphamine. Hunger increases with ABE are sporadic, if at all with me. I would normally never get the feeling of being "full" after a large meal, but Alphamine completely cancels that out.

    I believe that I saw you were dosing your Alphamine with food before. I think that might make a difference in the level of appetite suppression. Are you now consistently taking it on an empty stomach? My early morning dose is at least 35 mins before eating anything and I wait 1.5-2 hours after eating for my afternoon scoops.

    I'll be trying ABE pre bed again tonight and will keep you posted on the results.

    I doubled the amount of sleep I had averaged during the work week last night. As a result, I woke up feeling like a new man.

    My weight dropped a good amount and is right in line with what I was looking for at this point. The scale read 208.8lbs (+1.4lbs overall) shortly after waking up. I expect this to be where it will bottom out and I'll work to keep it moving forward at a similar pace for the time being. I was looking a little leaner overall this morning as well. This was most noticeable around my abs.

    I had 2 scoops of Alphamine with a cap of EP right when I got up. I was pretty hungry prior to dosing, but that soon went away. It was another 3 hours before I decided to have my first meal of the day. Holding off on food post Alphamine made my large meal a much more enjoyable experience. I was able to finish it completely without a struggle.

    I had 2 caps of ABE and 2 scoops of TPwder with my meal and will continue to dose ABE throughout the day. I'll be saving a cap or two for pre bed as well.

    With the day off from X-Gels I'll dose 2 caps of Cissus XT 2-3 times mainly for preventative purposes. My joints are in decent shape and I would like to keep them that way.

  30. I'm currently sipping on 2 scoops of RL Alphamine, 1 scoop CF Focus XT, 1 scoop Lemon RecoverPro, and 1 scoop Raspberry RecoverPro. It's delicious and should provide a nice boost to help me get through setting up and transferring files on my new computer.
