Day 37 continued
Just got home from work and energy is decent. I had my second dose of Alphamine around 11am (2 hours after and before food) due to my eating schedule. I dosed a cap of ABE with a morning meal.
I got an appointment reminder in the mail to see my endocrinologist, which I totally forgot about. It's in about 6 weeks, so hopefully that should be enough time for any hormonal changes to return to baseline after the stack. I really want an accurate assessment of my hormones, as they were all "out of range" after I got sick. My pituitary function basically came to a halt, and its been making steady progress over the last year and getting back to normal. I'd like to avoid being stuck on any form of replacement therapy as long as possible (already tried it for "relief" after I was sick).
I have a slightly different pre workout approach today. I already ate a light meal when I got home and I'll be taking my supplements about an hour post food.
The following will be dosed right before heading to the gym:
2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder
10 X-Gels
3 scoops GlycerGrow
2g ALCAR
1g Calcium
2 scoops Craze
Today's workout is biceps, forearms, calves, and abs.

Day 37 continued
My workout was good, but I wasn't feeling right. I'm not sure what the problem was, and I tried to ignore it. I felt really hot and my face was turning red as I worked out. Hopefully I'm not getting sick. I don't know if it could be a blood pressure issue because I've never had a problem with it, and wouldn't know what to expect. My pre workout supps were taken without food for the first time, so that could have something to do with it as well. I was still able to power through my entire routine and make decent progress with the majority of exercises. I'm surprised to see my strength climbing as my calories continue to drop.

With no work this morning, I was able to get a solid 8 hours of sleep. It might not seem like much, but when you're used to 5 hours, it's a huge difference. I'm feeling better, however, my face still feels a little warm.
I had 2 scoops of Alphamine and a cap of EP when I woke up.
I was feeling and looking lean this morning compared to the last few days. My drop in calories/diet changes decided to show up on the scale and I was a little shocked. I weighed in at 209.4lbs (+2lbs overall/-4.6lbs from yesterday). It looks like a rid myself of any water and possibly some fat as well. Hopefully I haven't gone overboard and lost any muscle that I've gained over the last month. It would be nice to end my run at a similar weight (or slightly heavier) and noticeably leaner.
I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 mins before breakfast, which was 4 hours post Alphamine. I decided against rushing to the gym after my big meal and letting it digest somewhat.
I'll be going to the gym shortly after dosing my pre workout supps with a scoop of RVC Protean and a 1/2 scoop of GlcoMyx.

My workout went way better than expected. Dropping weight was messing with me and I thought strength might suffer. I actually made some great progress and had one of the better workouts since starting my run. My focus couldn't have been better and I could've stayed in the gym for hours.

I'm a little "scared" of the idea that I could be losing some muscle. I'm going to monitor the scale and mirror over the next few days before making any diet adjustments. The way I absorb food makes it hard to dial in the correct calorie changes when switching goals. I actually haven't attempted to drop fat since I got sick, so I'm learning as I go.

I managed a good 6 hours sleep. I woke up to Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT.
After a day off from work, my weight is back up to 213lbs (+5.6lbs overall). Regardless of what the scale is showing, it looks like my appearance has started to tighten up a little.
I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 minutes before a big breakfast.
I plan on dosing a cap of ABE with a meal sometime this morning.

After spending 5 hours in the pouring rain, I'm out of work early. I ended up having my second dose of Alphamine at 10:30am and haven't eaten since.
I'm going to switch up my supp dosing slightly and have a cap of SlinTensity before a couple chicken breast and ezekiel bread sandwiches that I had made for work. I'll be saving my non workout related doses of ABE for before dinner and bed.

Strength was up again when put to the test. My focus has been great this week and it's lead to some great workouts. I've noticed I haven't been getting the strong pumps that I was previously. I think the reduction in ArA dosing might be a factor. I haven't been getting the same level of DOMS either.

Sleep was good for the amount I had. 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and 4 caps of Cissus XT were taken right when I woke up.
I weighed in at 211.8lbs (+4.4lbs overall). I seem to have shed a little water after being more active yesterday and reducing my carb intake slighty (still around 400g).
I'll be dosing a cap of ABE sometime this morning with food.

Just got back from a long day of work. I'm not feeling that great (haven't all week), but I've been waiting to hit the gym all day. I had a few times throughout the day where I felt a little hot and dizzy. Hopefully I start feeling better soon.
Alphamine was "needed" today, for the first time in a few weeks. I felt a little rundown after lunch and started counting down until I could have my second dose. It was a nice help with getting through the afternoon.
My pre workout meal has been reduced to a measly (and delicious) Quest Bar today, with my calories being down.

Apparently the gym was the cure for how I was feeling. I felt better than I had all day once I started working out. Strength was up again with repeat exercises, while my calories hit a new low. I think this says a lot for the effectiveness of the stack. The intense pumps returned and my mood was great as well. I got a lot accomplished and could've stayed in the gym all night.

Strength has been consistently great this week. The stack is still going strong and doesn't seem to be losing any steam in the second month. I'll definitely be running different combinations of these supplements in the future. TPwder (at least some form of DAA) will probably be the base in all of them. I always get great results with DAA, both in and out of the gym. TPwder currently has me feeling like a new man, with added energy and an improved mood/sense of well being.

Wow brosef! 10 pound gains on those lifts? Nice work as always. DAA definitely rocks but I'm not sure if I'll be giving test powder a go. Unfortunately some DAA's give me stomach issues and I'm getting reports of it from a few people.

Thanks dude. Yeah, I was surprised and very happy to see my strength is still going up with my calories down. I think TPwder is my favorite DAA product I've tried. The added goodies really make it stand out. L-dopa has been great for my mood and quality of sleep. I've never had stomach issues with any DAA supps thankfully.

My weight is unchanged at 211.8lbs (+4.4lbs overall). Im starting to like the way things are shaping up. I think there's some recomping taking place. Either way, I do look to be getting leaner.
