I didn't really notice a difference in sleep quality with dosing TPwder pre bed. I actually woke up feeling a little groggy. I'm not going to make any judgment on its effects after only trying it once though.
2 scoops of (and 1 cap EP) helped get me moving, clear headed, and awake.
I waited 3 hours before deciding to make some breakfast which was also my pre workout meal. I kept with the trend of 2 caps before a big breakfast and soon realized this could qualify as a pre workout dose. Its not the best timing (about 1 hour pre) and I will try it again during the week. I added a half scoop of GlcoMyx into the mix as well.
I took the following with and shortly after my meal:
2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder w/ 1/2 scoop GlcoMyx
Today is a chest and triceps workout.
