Day 29 continued
It was another good workout overall. Strength and endurance were both solid. The pump was pretty strong, but not on the same level as a few of my recent workouts. There were a few differences I noticed with taking SlinTensity an hour before my workout. The most noticeable was vascularity. I had visible veins throughout the top of my forearms that I usually don't see. Muscle fullness might have been up slightly, but not by a huge amount.

I had 2 caps of ABE with a protein and GlcoMyx shake. I ran out of oats and used 2 scoops Ultra Peptide mint choc/2 scoops GlcoMyx. The GlcoMyx didn't change the taste much, if at all, and made for a thick shake. It was delicious.
Big day of football and not much else. I'll be having my second dose of Alphamine pretty soon (2 hours post food).
