  1. Day 32

    Sleep continues to be improved. I didn't get a whole lot, but what I did was solid.

    I had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT immediately after waking up. I popped 2 caps SlinTensity about 2 hours later before breakfast.

    I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I noticed my appearance is looking tighter. I've only lowered my calories for a couple days, so its probably a coincidence. Either way, I think I'm going to be happy with my decision to move towards a recomp.

  2. Day 32 continued

    I got out of work pretty early so I have plenty of time to hit the gym.

    I had 2 caps of ABE, split between 2 meals, while at work. Alphamine was dosed earlier than usual (11am) once I found out it would be a short workday.

    AI Pumpkin Pie protein arrived today. I haven't tasted it yet, but it smells fantastic.

    I'll be heading to the gym in about an hour and dosing the following with/after a meal:

    2 caps ABE
    2 scoops TPwder
    20 X-Gels
    4 scoops GlycerGrow
    2g ALCAR
    1g Calcium
    2 scoops Craze

    Today's workout is back focused.

  3. Day 32 continued

    Focus was very strong again and I had a great workout as a result. The last couple days I've been able to completely block out everything around me. Another thing I noticed is that I've been working at a much faster pace without attempting to whatsoever. I've been in the zone and haven't thought to look at the clock until finished.

    Calories were down further today. They were probably close to maintenance considering the length and intensity of my workday and workout.

    The addition of some muscle was fairly noticeable when looking in the mirror today. The first thing that stood out to me was my chest filling out a little. It's been a weak point that I've been trying to work on for a while, so it was nice to see some improvement. My shoulders and arms were looking slightly bigger today (compared to a few weeks ago) as well. Hopefully with my recent change in calories, I'll be able to add some definition, and continue to gain a small amount of size.

  8. Funny how time works, doesn't it? When you are doing something you absolutely dread, time crawls. When you are doing something you love, time speeds up. I feel like my workouts in the gym go by in a flash, but the night aftwards at work time slows to a dead stop.

    Bro I doubt it's a coincidence. I've only lowered cals for about 3 days and abe/ero/alphamine had me feeling so shredded already. This stack would be so incredible when used for a 2 month cut. I can only imagine how shredded this stuff will have use by the end of our runs. My visual appearance in just these few days is incredible. PES products are insanely effective, I'm really wishing I would have tried Anabeta a lot sooner man.

    PES definitely puts out some quality and highly effective products. I've achieved my best results with runs that involved PES, and they've had a big part in helping me get back to where I am over the last year. That's why I chose to include their products in this stack and will always continue to.

    I'm not necessarily trying to get "shredded" over the next month. My calories probably won't be getting low enough to consider it much of a cut, but I'm hoping the stack (mainly Alphamine) can accelerate/promote any fat loss that I could accomplish with my current diet and training. I have a feeling you'll be all cut up by the end of your run (not that you aren't already) with your current approach and the help of PES. I think I've told you before, Anabeta is now as much of a staple as it can be for me...4 week break and right back to it.

  12. Day 33

    I got the day off from work and was able to catch up on some sleep. I used a sample of 3Z last night, which seemed to help my sleep quality. I made it through the night without getting up to use the bathroom.

    I had 2 scoops of Alphamine and a cap of EP when I woke up. I held off on Cissus XT and will be using it tonight, away from my workout. I waited 3 hours before eating post Alphamine.

    My weight was down to 211.2lbs (+3.8lbs overall). It looks like the diet changes are starting to make an impact. If anything, I think I've shed some water.

    I dosed 2 caps of SlinTensity before my breakfast/pre workout meal. The following was taken with and after my food:

    My strength was a little weird today. I lost a rep on the first set of close grip and DB incline bench, but added weight and/or reps on other exercises. I think I might've dropped calories a little fast, which resulted in me not feeling as "powerful"today overall. Despite the strength fluctuations, my workout still felt pretty good, and I left satisfied with what I accomplished.

    I had 2 caps of ABE with a protein, oats, and GlcoMyx shake post workout.

    I'm currently holding off on food after my second dose of Alphamine.

    I'll be dosing a cap of ABE with a meal shortly and taking another cap pre bed.

    1 cap of SlinTensity will be used before dinner.

    I'm going to add around 300 calories in the form of protein back into todays total. With ArA increasing protein synthesis, I figured the extra protein would be a good way to increase calories. It's hard for me to gauge the necessary increases/decreases to meet goals with the way my body works. I don't absorb food very well, so the normal calculations people use are nowhere close to reality for me. It took me 6+ months of trial and error to figure out how my body currently handles food after I suddenly dropped a large amount of weight.

    I woke up to my regular routine of Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT. I didn't have time to wait as long as I would've like before eating, but it was 45 mins post Alphamine when I had breakfast. I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 mins before my meal.

    My weight went up about 3lbs overnight to 214.4lbs (+7lbs overall). At this point I'm used to the big fluctuations and I think its because I didn't work yesterday. Despite the added weight, my appearance is looking tighter compared to last week, when calories were up.

    I take 1 pre-bed and 1 about 2 hours prior and it works perfectly for some anabolic sleep and waking up shredded! Man you are the most successful lean bulker I have ever followed no joke!!!

    Haha thanks LTL. I think I'm actually up just under 4lbs in quality weight. Things are going good though. I owe a lot of my success to dropping a ton of mass when I got sick. It's made it a lot easier to pack on some muscle and I keep waiting for it to slow down. Either way, I've been consistently working at it as hard as I can.

  17. Day 34 continued

    Energy was good throughout work. I made it through another week in much better condition than I had been at the beginning of and prior to the stack.

    I had a cap of ABE with lunch. I dosed Alphamine around 1pm, a couple hours after eating, and haven't had food since. I'm starting to get a little hungry and will be having my pre workout meal shortly.

    The following supps will be taken with and after my meal before heading to the gym:

    4 scoops GlycerGrow
    2g ALCAR
    1g Calcium
    ~1 scoop Prodigy

    I'll be working legs today. They took a decent beating at work, so hopefully they have some decent power left in them.

    I had a great workout. I felt really strong and was in a great mood from start to finish. I'm still feeling fantastic, besides not having very functional legs. I planned on saving some energy while working up to a few heavier squat sets, and it was a success.

  19. Day 35

    Sleep was decent last night and I managed a couple more hours than usual. For some reason I'm not feeling 100% today. I'm not too bad, just have a slight headache. It's a good day to be free from work and the gym.

    I started my day with 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT.

    I weighed 213.6lbs (+6.2lbs overall) this morning. My weight is down slightly from yesterday, but not to the extent I was hoping for. I need to shake the extra water I'm holding and think GlycerGrow could be causing me to retain it. I'm going to drop back down to 3 scoops for the time being.

    I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before a big breakfast. It did a great job of preventing me from going into a food coma. 2 scoops of TPwder were taken with my meal as well. My meals will be smaller throughout the rest of the day, as I'm still keeping my caloric intake lower.

    ABE will be dosed with meals and pre bed. Doses will be 1-2 caps, depending on the meal.

    I'm going to be lowering my X-Gels dose to 10 gels (1g ArA) pre workout. I'm running low on my supply and have yet to receive X-Factor. I was originally told I would have it by yesterday, but MN hasn't shipped it to retailers at this point. It should be any day now, so hopefully there aren't any interruptions in my ArA use.

    I slept well and feel great this morning. My day started with Alphamine and EP. I waited about 3 hours before having 2 caps of SlinTensity, 20 mins pre breakfast.

    I didn't check my weight before eating, but it looks like the diet changes are making a difference in my appearance. I felt/looked leaner this morning, which was most noticeable in my midsection.

    I'm giving my food a little time (~45 mins) to digest before heading to the gym. I'll be dosing the following before leaving:

    2 caps ABE
    2 scoops TPwder
    10 X-Gels
    3 scoops GlycerGrow
    2g ALCAR
    1g Calcium
    2 scoops Craze

    Chest and triceps are on the schedule. I'm going to crank up the pace because I don't want to miss any football. The NFL RedZone channel makes Sunday my favorite day of the week.

    Thanks man. Yeah, it'd been a while since I'd done that for reps. I only took them to parallel though. I could probably place pretty high in a world's hairiest legs contest, so they're somewhat disguised lol. My legs and glutes have some decent size though. Maybe I'll add a pic at some point.

  24. Day 36 continued

    I was a little worried about my strength, considering I consumed fewer calories yesterday than I have in almost a year. It ended up not being an issue at all, and I felt strong throughout my workout. I made some improvements on repeat exercises and the chest/tri pumps were strong, despite cutting the X-Gels dose in half. My mood was great as well, which made my time in the gym a lot of fun.
