    The food was decent (and free), but not what I would've picked for a cheat meal. My carbs have only made it down to 225g on my lowest day so far lol. Sounds like a "carb up" for some people, but its quite a drop from the 500-700 I was getting daily. I'm guessing the actual amount I'm absorbing is pretty low with the way my body works and SlinTensity before high carb meals though. I just turned down cupcakes and ice cream too. I might have had a little if I didn't have a burrito already.

  3. Day 46

    It's getting tough to get out of bed as the weather is changing, but knowing Alphamine was waiting helped the cause. I had 2 scoops, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT, first thing morning. 2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed 20 mins before breakfast (2 hours post Alphamine).

    My weight was 210.4lbs (+3lbs overall). Considering that yesterday didn't include any physical work or gym, and how I can hold water, that's an indication that my "true weight" is going down.

  4. Day 46 continued

    Energy was great all day. I came home from work feeling like I had barely done anything.

    I had a cap of ABE with a mid morning meal, SlinTensity before lunch, and Alphamine 2 hours later.


    I just finished up a small meal and I'm getting ready to hit the gym.

    Tonight's workout felt amazing. My energy, focus, and mood couldnt have been better. Strength was on point as well. The pace was kept high, which allowed for a lot to be accomplished. I felt a little "under the weather" the last week, and I think I'm officially back in top condition.

  6. Day 47

    I managed about 5 hours of what felt like quality sleep. 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and Cissus XT started my day.

    I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before breakfast, which continues to prevent any bloat/lethargy normally associated with higher carb meals.

    My weight was 209.6lbs (+2.2lbs overall) this morning. Still being up in total weight while looking leaner is a win in my book. I've hopefully set myself up for a decent recomp when all is said and done.

    I had a long day of physical work, but I'm still in decent shape. Alphamine was a good help with energy and keeping my appetite in control. I ended up going without food for 6 hours (not by choice).

    I had a cap of ABE with a meal this morning and a cap of SlinTensity before my lunch.

    I finally got some food in me and I'm getting ready for the gym.

    The gym went great. It's like I have another gear that the stack has put me in. Once again energy, focus, and strength were all on point. The pump tonight was pretty strong as well. I didn't think I responded very well to Agmatine (for pumps), but I the combo of TPwder and Protocol might've provided me an effective dose. I had never gone over 1g pre workout and am currently getting 1.5g. I ended up doing more chest work than initially planned. My chest is a definite weak point and I might try consistently working it twice a week.

    I didn't get much sleep, but am feeling alright currently. My day started with the usual dosing of Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT.

    My weight was up a minimal amount from yesterday, but I drank about a half gallon of water before stepping on the scale. My appearance looks like its continuing to slowly tighten up.

    I had 2 caps of SlinTensity about 20 mins before a fairly large breakfast. My meal was 2.5 hours after dosing Alphamine.

  10. Day 48 continued

    Easy day of work and I finshed up early. I had a cap of ABE with a meal this morning and a cap of SlinTensity before lunch. I ate later than normal and am currently waiting to dose Alphamine. This will be my first time adding it to my pre workout routine.

    A Genomyx product. 1 scoop has the following:

It seemed to add to the mood elevation I've been experiencing as well as improve my sleep quality.

    I took advantage of my day off and slept a good 8+ hours last night. I dosed 2 scoops of Alphamine, 3g+ DAA (Taurus), and a cap of EP immediately when I got up. With not much to do, I was able to wait 5 hours before my first meal of the day. My Alphamine dosing/timing has been on point throughout my run, and with my diet adjustments the product is really starting to shine in terms of fat loss.

    I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before a decent sized breakfast, which was free from any bloating/lethargy once finished.

    ABE has been dosed with meals throughout the day and will be taken pre bed.

    I weighed in at 208.6lbs (+1.4lbs overall) this morning. At this point I'm looking a little leaner each day. I may have sacrificed some muscle in the process, but not enough that I can say for sure. Either way, my appearance is noticeably tightening up, which has been confirmed by others. A decrease in abdominal fat over the last 2+ weeks has been backed with caliper readings as well. Muscle definition and vascularity are both increasing. "Old veins" are becoming more prominent and "new veins" are surfacing for the first time. Striations in my delts are also starting to show. I think there should be some unmistakable changes to my physique by the end of my run.

    Due to delays with releasing the new 200ct X-Factor, I won't have it until Tuesday or Wednesday. I had been debating on whether to continue my log throughout the duration of the bottle (about another month) or save it for a future run. My decision was made for me earlier today, when I was selected to test the new USPlabs product. That being said, I should finish my current run as originally planned (8 weeks total). I already have a nice stack ready to go that will include the X-Factor. I'll probably end up logging it in a couple months.

    Sleep was decent. I haven't noticed a big decline in quality since stopping TPwder at this point. I had Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT first thing this morning.

    My weight was 208.4lbs (+1lb overall) shortly after waking up. I'm fine with only being up a pound at this point considering I'm leaner than when I started. This is also my first attempt to drop fat since overcoming my illness and its a learning experience.

    I had 2 caps of SlinTensity about 4 hours post Alphamine and 20 mins before breakfast. My meal will be considered pre workout (1.5 hours pre).

    I'm about to head to the gym before a great day of football. The following was/will be taken with my meal and before leaving:

    I'm going to bring my calories back up slightly. I've been dropping weight at a decent pace and don't want to overdo it. I should be able to continue leaning out over the next 10 days while eating more (300-500 calories).

    Yeah it was overkill, but I was having fun and had time before football started. My chest was pretty dead on the last couple sets. I've been trying different approaches with it, trying to get some growth. I don't really expect any with my current calorie intake though. I might start doing heavy DB work for a while and see where that gets me.

    I only got 4 hours of sleep, but I'm doing alright after my morning dose of Alphamine. EP and Cissus XT were taken with it, shortly after waking up.

    2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed 20 mins before a big breakfast. I ate about 2 hours post Alphamine.

    My weight is up to 210lbs (+2.6lbs overall). I know I didn't actually gain any "real" weight and must be holding a little water.

    I completely forgot about my lack of sleep (until now), as my energy has been great. I just got home from a day of physical work, feeling great, and not the least bit tired. I'm missing the added benefits of TPwder, but glad my high energy levels are being maintained with the substituted DAA products.

    I had a cap of ABE with a mid morning meal and a cap of SlinTensity before lunch.

    My second dose of Alphamine was taken 2 hours after lunch, and I'm currently waiting to have my pre workout meal. I've been switching my second dose between 1-2 scoops for the last week. I haven't needed the extra energy, so I might as well get more out of the tub. I actually have more on the way, for use sometime in the next few months.

    I had one of the best workouts I can remember in a long time. It would've been nice if some bigger lifts were involved, but what was done couldn't have gone any better. Focus and strength were both great. Every exercise had improvement, and some more than I've seen in a while. I might have actually PR'd several exercises beating previous #'s before I was sick. I don't know if my body was thanking me for boosting the calories up, but I felt powerful. Maybe I should continue to sleep less haha.

    I'm out of work early to spend the rest my afternoon in misery...I have to renew my license at the DMV. I tried to do it online, but apparently I can only do that once every 10 years.

    Edit: Nevermind... because I filled out a pre registration online, I skipped the current 2 hour 45min wait time and was there less than 5 mins lol.

    I had a cap of ABE with a meal this morning and a cap of SlinTensity before lunch. Alphamine was taken 1.5 hours after I last ate.

    I brought a protein bar (VPX Zero Impact) and my pre workout supps with me, which I'm about to consume, and head straight to the gym.
