Day 29-
Feeling much better physically except shoulder still causing me some issues. Looking forward to taking some post FSXR pics. Even though I feel like I ended on a low note I gave this run everything I had! I'm more than impressed in the potency of this product.
Workout
Elliptical
30 minutes
Pull ups w/weighted assist (25 lbs)
15 reps x 3 sets
bent over row Dumbbell
35 lbs x 15 reps
40 lbs x 15 reps
40 lbs x 15 reps
Bent over row (barbell)
70 lbs x 12 reps x 6 sets
Deadlift's
100 lbs x 20 reps x 2 sets-(This is where my shoulder gave out and I couldn't continue)
Diet
Breakfast: Kashi and protein shake
Snack: 2 protein bars
Lunch: chicken strip basket
Snack: apple, yogurt, 1/8 lb of deli corned beef
Dinner: Meatballs w/ creamed spinach and protein bar.

School has been kicking my butt but FSXR has me kicking it right back! I feel that my results were more than I ever expected. I have used fat burners before but I have never had anything affect me like this stuff! Keeping a strict diet log has really taught me a good bit about consistency and precision. I have always estimated my calories and I've found I've never been anywhere close in the ballpark. With great supplements and great dedication anything is possible!
