Hey everyone I'll be logging a bottle of fat smack thanks to the guys at purus. I'll be updating probably everyday if not every other day including diet and workout weight ect. Im going to start out with 2 a day split and then bump it up to 3 a day after so a few weeks I'll have to figure it out when I have a chance to sit down and look at a calendar.

I can literally already tell a difference in hunger. I've been starving all week on this cut. I haven't even thought about eating since lunch. I've eaten a hand full of almonds twice since lunch today. This is gonna be fun lol

Hey guys quick update. Was busy all day today had to force my self to eat. Haven't noticed a whole lot from the fat smack as far as energy, but the appetite suppression is awesome. I'm very stimulant tolerant though. had a little bit of heartburn today but nothing to ridiculous or unbearable. Diet today was 2160 Cals 75f/59c/318p. Back bi's and legs and cardio tomorrow gonna be a long one

Def. found my new favorite pre workout combo 1 fat smack and 1 scoop of muscle marinade. I'll update later with diet for today. Scale said 220.5 this morning. Down about 4 pounds this week. Focused mostly on back today with rows and pulls so biceps could get a little work also. Legs were basically just squats and ext's because I knew I was doing the step mill for cardio to make up a little.

Good weight on the lifts bro. I have to figure out what is stopping me from getting the weight on my squats up. I just switched from squats to hack squats and they are progressing fast and I'm getting sore in new areas of my legs and ass. (AB will have a free for all on this one....) Hopefully when I go back I see some progression! Any tips? I would love to pull 300!

That PWO right there is deadly good! After you finish this log cop a bottle of FSXR and Motivate and try taking that combo. It is amazing!

Hey thanks bro. That means a lot. Honestly my legs have always been my weakest area. They just really starting coming around the last month probably. Ive always had a mental thing with squats. I failed before I even got under the bar. For me personally I think what's helped me out a lot has been strengthening my lower back and core. If you want feel free to go through my other log I have going and check out me leg days. They were sad 9 weeks ago. Heavy DL's have always helped me. Technique hooked me up with some tips that are in my other log of u want to look at those also man.

I hear you man. I ate at like 11 with my first pill and had a protein shake post workout and that's been it today. In getting ready to smash some lean beef though haha

Here's the diet for today 2300 Cals 100f/43c/330p. I'll probably have a refeed day tomorrow And try to hit 125 clean carbs.

Figured I better throw a pic up to look back on for progress. Scale said 220.0 this morning. Will update diet/gym lifts later today. Have chest and tri's this afternoon.

Went in tonight with a 330 bench goal. Didnt hit it though. Everything was a little off tonight. Energy was there strength just wasn't. Which i guess you cab expect on a calorie deficit. Chest was wrecked when I left tonigh though. Deff. Feeling the fat smack/marinade PWO combo though. Sweating like crazy in the gym and feelin great. Today was a refeed carb day. 2600 cal 90f/120c/340p. I think I put it in my earlier post but in case I didn't weight was 220.0 this morning.

Today's an off day. Back to the regular work schedule. Lovin the fat smack. I can feel my body "heating up" for a couple hours after I take it. I am going to have to start taking my last pill earlier in the day. I haven't been able to fall asleep until about 2 hours later than usual. Diet today is 2450 Cals 95f/55c/345p. I can tell I refed on carbs yesterday. Scale read 220.7 this morning.

Shoulder day today. I may up the FSXR on days I don't lift to 3 throughout the day. I took my usual 2 yesterday appetite was very low until about 3 hours after my 2nd pill and then it kicked in hard. Very hungry.

HEAT! Haha I'm probably the minority but I don't get the "focus" that people talk about. I feel pretty normal except I feel hot all the time. I also need to figure out a better dosing schedule. I'm taking my last pill around 5:30 now and am starving when I get home from work the last few days. Im also pretty carb depleted so that could be where the hunger is coming from. I'm thinking about dosing 1 in the morning and 2 around 6 pm. It's working very well so far though. Between noon and 8oclock I usually have to force myself to eat. And I like the fact that it doesn't make me jittery. Actually ordered my wife a bottle the other day.

Yeah man good deal. I have a bottle of FSXR... I use it when I need it though. ;)

Thanks man. I work 2nd shift so I work from 3-11:15 pm. I'm usually hungry around 10:30 I take one pill in the morning with breakfast usually between 9-10 and one around 5 pm

Officially one week down on the FSXR. Diet has been the same. Weight has held pretty steady between 220-222. May drop cals even more in this upcoming week. The main thing I've noticed so far is energy in the mornings, And it completely smashes my appetite for 3-4 hours after taking it. The first couple days it would last about 6 hours but leveled off at 3-4 around day 4-5. Overall extremely happy with it so far. I think I'm going to stick to 2 pills.

South Bend bound today for the Notre Dame/Purdue game. Lower level Row 7!! Knew I had to hit the gym before we head out so I was up and at the gym by 6 AM this morning. Not keeping track of diet today. Plan on having several cheat meals lol. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Sounds like fun bro! My best friend is a journalist for Irish sports daily. He is beat writing quite a few games this year, he may even be up there today. :)

Thanks man. My wife and I try to make it to at least 1 game a year. Always a blast. I got her the tickets for our anniversary this year lol best anniversary present I've ever bought haha
