Hey thanks bro. That means a lot. Honestly my legs have always been my weakest area. They just really starting coming around the last month probably. Ive always had a mental thing with squats. I failed before I even got under the bar. For me personally I think what's helped me out a lot has been strengthening my lower back and core.
