  1. PCT with Athletix keepin the gains!


    Thanks to JD and Athletix for helping me with my PCT.

    Cycle was as follows:
    Purus Labs Halovor
    Stano Elite

    I stopped the stano 4 weeks in and added Formeron by Black Lion Research to close things out.

    The products I will be logging :

    Division 1 Athletix Division 1 (120 capsules): Discount Division 1 Supplements

    Formula-X Athletix Formula-X (30 Servings): Discount Formula-X Supplements

    Licogenix Athletix Licogenix (120 capsules): Discount Licogenix Supplements

    I will be dosing all as per instructions.

    I have used Stinging Nettle Root before and I responded very well to it . Formula-x speaks for itself DAA and BCAA's in a great tasting powdered drink. Formula -X has been my goto product for DAA back before the addition of BCAA's (Adamantium).

    I am most excited about Licogenix. I have never used it before and it's getting excellent reviews.

    Stats :
    I'm currently 170 - 172. I would expect to stay in that range and retain as much strength as possible.

    Other supplements : Purus Labs Condense and the usual fish oil , multi , whey , and casein blend in between meals and at night.

    Free test , test boost and AI. This is a awesome stack and I have all the faith that I can keep gaining.

    I'll be using 5/3/1 training method and I will post workout details after Saturday's gym fun.

  7. I'll update on today's workout later on the PC. I do need to edit my weight - scale at the house is way off . I'm actually 177 on a working scale . That makes more sense. If I can stay around 3-4 pounds within that I'll be real happy.
    Too early to see any results from the stack.

    The BCAA 's in Formula-X should enhance recovery . DAA should be in full effect around day 10-14.
    I'll note any lowered estrogen sides such as dry joints from the licogenix if they occur. I'm actually looking forward to joint issues . That's a sign it's working and a little cissus and extra fish oil will remedy that .

    Placebo effect for sure today . I was on at the gym . Knowing I'm backed by some strong supplements is a good thing.

  8. Catch up time : Day 4

    Weight 177

    Formula-X saves the day! I expected major soreness from my arm workout the day before but I recovered like a champ. Still not really feeling any effects from the Licogenix or division 1 but the Formula -X has helped already.

    Formula-X tastes great. I nice mild flavor that's best served ice cold yet mixes best at room temperature. I usually mix it than pop it in the freezer before I head to the gym. On off day's I dose it about 1 hour before bed time.

    Strength : retaining strength so far

    Leg workout :

    Squat - Hamstring to calf

    Warmup : 5x145 , 5x180 , 3x220

    Work sets : 5x270, 3x305 , 1x345

    Legs press

    280 x15 , 280x15 ,280x15 ,280x15, 300 x 12 Held the negative very slowly coming down

    Body weight front squats till failure

    4 sets of sprints to finish off

    So far strong recovery , no loss of strength , weight staying put. No body mass changes to note. I could be leaning out a bit but it's too soon to tell.

  9. Day 3

    Arm Workout

    EZ bar curl
    3x12 105

    Standing dumbbell curls
    3x10 45

    Hammer curls
    3x10 50

    Triceps push down
    3x15 200

    Triceps extension
    3x20 120

    One arm reverse cable pull downs
    3 x 15 50

    than I did a few pump sets with light weights to get the blood flowing.

    Formula -x shined for me here. I had no soreness and recovered very well. Usually a wokout like this would mean some serious soreness for me but I had none. Had that good placebo agression. Too early to comment on anything from the Licogenix /Divison 1. I have been a bit more hungry the past few days. I'll keep watch on that as well.

    Day 7

    Weight : 177


    Overview : 1 week mark and everything is going perfect . Strength has been consistent. Sweating a bit more the past few day's, increase in hunger noted. Skin has been a bit more oily the past few day's. Same thing that happened the last time I took a stinging nettle product. I think this will be a very easy recovery .
    Formula-X has assisted recovery and I think I may be feeling some effects from a increase in test. I woke up 2 times this week with some joint pain. I need to read up on some more licogenix logs and see if anyone else has noticed something similar. It could also be I'm old as dirt and I'm wrecking my joints.

    Workout : Overhead press , weighted dips and weighted chins. DE-Load week.

    Military Press : 5x65 ,5x85,5x100
    Dips : Bodyweight x30x 5 sets
    Chinups :Bodyweightx10x 5 sets

    30 minutes 6 mph cardio.

  14. Keep it up Rob. When I ran lico I ran it at 6/day for about 35 days straight and didn't feel any joint pain whatsoever. Glad to hear formula-x is helping you bump that test up. I can't get over how good it actually tastes for a DAA product.

    It tastes awesome . What I do is mix it in room temp water and once it's dispersed I put it in the freezer to get it ice cold before I hit the gym . It's helping with recovery also. I know I should have been sore as anything after my arm workout and I was golden the next day.

    Damn thats a pretty good idea actually. Once I start up DAA again (a la Formula-X) I'm gonna have to give that a try. And tell the wife that it is NOT a tasty frozen beverage for her haha.

  18. I noticed a slight joint discomfort when I was on this same stack. Too Im with you on the old part too. Im 35 and I can tell a huge difference than when I was 20. lol. I think take 6/per day for about 40 days would be really great! I would also run the Lico longer than the formula x too. Just to keep the estrogen from spiking.

    Not looking forward to the getting older thing myself :\ my dad already had 3 surgeries for herniated/slipped discs in his back and he was 6'6 and I'm 3 inches taller... I hope thats one thing I don't follow in my father's footsteps with! 6/day Lico is fantastic. Ran that myself months ago and the effects were even more pronounced with a higher dose. Loved it. Can't wait to go back to it again in the future.

    Strength and aggression have been increased over the past two days. I have that good "ON" felling. I blasted through my workout today with ease. I feel the Division 1 and Formula-X kicking in big time. No sexual issues and my nuts are full of deadly poison. I'm pretty sure I'm fully recovered. I do bounce back very quickly. The past 2 cycles I ran I don't think I even had any shutdown. At least I never had any of the typical shutdown symptoms.

    No side effects from the stack so far. No issues with the DAA in Formula-X. All is well.

    Traditional workout today. Off 5/3/1 for the next 4 weeks.

    Bench Press

    Warm up
    3 sets of 135

    240 x 10

    260 x 8

    Incline Bench Press

    180 x 12

    225 x 10

    245 x 6

    Fly Machine

    3 sets 15 reps 150

    Weighted dips
