Gotta love PR's
pull ups, seated rows, bent over rows, incline dumbbell curls,rear delt flys and crunches.
I get home from class and I dont really feel like working out, I take some speedx3 and I dont know, its like im a new person.
Energy through the roof, the only thing on my mind is working out as hard as I can.
Marms. do you know how much sulfate is in each scoop ?

Ive felt out of it all day, I forgot to take my serm dose and ive felt drained since I woke up.
practically fell asleep during class, completely spaced out.
Without speedx3 I don't think I would of made it through my workout.
Today I lifted light with high volume.
Focusing mostly on chest and triceps.
Wide grip bench press
close grip bench press
Its been raining and cloudy for the past 3 days, maybe my bad gym day has something to do with that.

I have my on cycle strength back.
Amazing day makes up for yesterdays bad workout day.
The more and more time that goes by the more effective this product seems to get for endurance and strength, im loving it.
