took 1 scoop with about 1/2 scoop focus xt before back today, felt really godo throuhout, then had al ittle left of that before my bicep and clf workout later on in the day but still added about another 3/4 scoop.....didnt finish it lol, felt great! pumps again were such a full feeling it was incredible, loved it i had to force myself to leave lol
took my 2nd test injection today too and didnt faint today !!! :-) haha
