  1. Thanks guys. The gym is kinda a release, a getaway. My good friend has a boxing ring/training area in his basement and he trains with some top notch MMA fighters in Atlanta so I should be able to get some kind of training in. His dad is also on the board of some kind of state boxing commission.... I got to keep my mind focused and not worry about the sadness and look toward the future. My grandmother was born in 1923 long life. I will miss her dearly and wish I could have seen her alive one more time, but no one knows when the time will come.

    New gym make for big weights. 75lb Db rows hell yeah 3x10, actually felt it in the abs. Today will e a good day. Gonna to try and meet up with trainer tomorrow and get some tips. Ain't going to do legs flying out Saturday to go to funeral and I want to be able to walk a little!

  3. Luckily I didn't buy any other supplements, money is going to be hella tight now. Loose one days pay, gotta rent a car, pay for gas (about
    20hours driving, food for 2 days all just for me. Te wife and kids still got to live here too. I am going to try and sneak a session in tomorrow after I pick up the rental car.

  5. Today's workout was good I really tried some new stuff and slower movements, staggered some exercises.

    Was having some foot issues so I only ran .4 miles. I fractured my foot years ago, I think this is some of the repercussions.

    Condense was good 1.25 scoop about 15 min before. Trying to get the flavor honed in, less water should give it a little tartness. I added LCLT to it this morning and had compete for my intra.

  9. Yeah so Condense is a preworkout not a sit in car driving for long periods of time. Hella Beta tingles, ancy as hell and we might have a road rage incident I wanna drive fast move people.

    They have all posted hella vids on YouTube. Ain't no joke here they train hard. Had to miss it but I have a better idea of what I'd be in for if I participated.

  20. 1.75 scoops Condense. I feel that 1scoop is plenty. Taking more doesn't seem to increase pumps, does increase the "speed" of things or the lack of "energy loss". I wanted to try all to insure that I did or didnt need more. It also has a potential of upsetting someone's stomach who works out first thing in morning w/o consuming food throughout the day, fasted.

    I did legs and abs/core<--- nothing impressive getting my timeline down has been hit or miss.

  22. I didn't even hit it that hard but my legs and glutes are already sore. I can almost bet I won't be able to walk tomorrow, well I might but I won't be able to sit down on a toilet.

  24. Sucks my legs ass and calves are so sore. My wife wreck her truck (month or so ago she wrecked mine in our yard) and I have to work a double tomorrow 7am-4ish then 9pmto6am. I get thursday off so I will hit the gym Thursday.
