  4. Yeah so Condense is a preworkout not a sit in car driving for long periods of time. Hella Beta tingles, ancy as hell and we might have a road rage incident I wanna drive fast move people.

    They have all posted hella vids on YouTube. Ain't no joke here they train hard. Had to miss it but I have a better idea of what I'd be in for if I participated.

  15. 1.75 scoops Condense. I feel that 1scoop is plenty. Taking more doesn't seem to increase pumps, does increase the "speed" of things or the lack of "energy loss". I wanted to try all to insure that I did or didnt need more. It also has a potential of upsetting someone's stomach who works out first thing in morning w/o consuming food throughout the day, fasted.

    I did legs and abs/core<--- nothing impressive getting my timeline down has been hit or miss.


    Stretching back and legs 15min

  17. I didn't even hit it that hard but my legs and glutes are already sore. I can almost bet I won't be able to walk tomorrow, well I might but I won't be able to sit down on a toilet.

  19. Sucks my legs ass and calves are so sore. My wife wreck her truck (month or so ago she wrecked mine in our yard) and I have to work a double tomorrow 7am-4ish then 9pmto6am. I get thursday off so I will hit the gym Thursday.

  21. Yes fasted, first thing in the morning when I wake up is Creatine and right before the gym condense.

    I offered to work it the night time gig is double time, gonna new it to pay for this truck repair.

Sorry guys don't make it to gym today I was hella tired and had to get new rims (Craigslist deal lots o driving) ten he tires put on runs and then take them to mechanic to our them on so they can diagnose the issue with te front end of wife's truck. Cleaned pool, fixed vacuum and dishwasher. At least I had full use of my legs. I can't believe that little bit of leg work at the gym made me so sore.
