I put in a suggestion this morning at the gym for a new cable machine. The one we have now is not adjustable, it just has top and bottom pullys.
The gym at the YMCA I used to go to have the adjustable pullys, which I loved, could do alot more exercises on it. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that we will eventually get one!

You know it - have got some family sickness on my wife's side-her aunt has stage 4 lung cancer so I really hit it hard this morning. Had to relieve some stress. On a personal note for aanyone reading this-do not take anyone close to you (family or friends) for granted. We are not guarenteed tomorrow-so cherish each moment like it was your last.
