  2. Last nights WO kind of dragged. Mondays are in the air. Because I work until 8pm and then commute about 40min home.
    Any way picked up a 2qrt water bottle from target for $1.87 , had my wife fill it with water and throw it in the freezer. It just started to ice up when I got home. Dropped in 2 scoops of Compete and headed out.

    Didn't get my spotter, so ill have to save some for next week.

    Also tweaked my wrist abit at work, wasn't really noticeable till I started the WO. So I couldn't push as much as I wanted to but got the majority of it done. Will switch it up tonight and do legs, give my wrists a little rest.

    Went home had a huge meal two Testabolans and right to bed. Really feeling boost in libido lately.

  3. Breaking PR's is getting to easy! I really think 400lb on the deadlift is possible and not far away. The real supprise is the leg curls it wasn't to long ago when I struggled with sets of 110lb. My hams really lacked, now u feel like they are catching up. Maybe due to the deadlift?

    Taking the 2 testabolans 2am/2pm. Everyday. Went up to 2scoops of Compete in 1.9? liters of water for my workouts. It seems to be the perfect amount enough to get me through the W0. Today will be a hellova test for recovery. My legs felt like the expanded a few inches and are on fire. Practically had to wobble out the gym!

    Took the 2 Testabolans in the am. Trying really had to keep my diet clean today. And drinking a tion of water.
    Compete really meets its claims not sore at all after a hell of a leg routine the other day.

    Compete and Testabolan is a winning stack. Compete should be sold in a three flavor pack
    Wonder if the other flavors are as good as tangy tangerine.

    Like a divider in the tub, with 3 different compartments. That would be sick!

    I have not tried fruit punch, i freakin loved lemon, but not i am on the tangerine kick lol.

  7. Saturday got up, grabbed my 2ltr filled it with water and 2 scoops Compete hit the gym around 10am.
    Did keep to the routine. Did some cardio and basic sh!t.

    @30 min treadmill

  11. Testabolan is really effecting my strength. No matter how much weight I pick up, it feels light. Not having a spot is really starting to bother me now. Going to have to drag my bro to the gym this coming Monday. My bench press can go way heavier. I'm thinking about @50lb more which will be a PR.

    My DB press , no question, another 10-15lb . Just need help on initial lift.

    Compete is doing its job , my workout actually intensifies as it goes on. Instead of getting drain half way through, I become energized.

    There are so many Supp Co's out there. IForce is well established and with a well known product line.

    i wouldnt exactly say they are new, they've been around a couple years IIRC....they dont promote too much over here though, different story on bb.com though

  20. Decided to start Going below mantainace with the diet. My BF is 12-13ish. But I want to get my sixpack going. It tuff my bro keeps packing the house with ice cream and donuts. But diets been tight as hell last few days.
    Me and Compete hit the gym, leg curls are blowing me away. This is something I struggled to get 90lb up with. I don't know what happened these past few weeks. Must be that I re-incorporated deadlifts. Thinking about this coming monday...should I try benching 315?

    Took the day off from the gym, my front, back and side yard was starting to look like a fukin jungle. Needless to say the neighbors have been giving me dirty looks all week.     That sh!t was took all morning, but at least I don't have to sneak out the house and into the car anymore.

    Noticed a clicking sound when Shaking the Testabolan pills around and decided to uncap. On the inside you have what looks like a wood pellet except green. Green and it smelled sooo bad. Through it down the hatch with some water. It tasted as bad as it smelled and now my breath smelled like it. Ill keep then in the cap from now on.

  28. Been kind of busy with the sh!t life throws at you from time to time. Any way taking the testabolan everyday and feeling stronger then ever. My libido is excellent, maybe alittle over active, whos complaining . Compete has became a vital part of my workout. Can't imagine hitting the gym with out it.

    My diet is way tighter. Staying at mantainance. Haven't check my weight this week yet. But don't except much change. My moods been OK, haven't really been getting enough sleep. Going to try and catch up tonight.

    It used to be a crew of us hitting the gym. Over the summer every one got lazy and dropped off. Now its just me and my wife. But she goes in the am. I really want to Max out my bench but don't like asking random ppl for a spot. Might have to though. I think I can get 315lb up once or twice.

    Ill be hitting the reset on my deadlifts. This dude gave me good advice on keeping posture and improving flexibility for dead lifts. I have trouble keeping proper curve and end up arching my back a lot. So I think these changes he suggested will help.
