OK so I guess its time for a new log and new sponsor. Thanks to Lg sciences for the new liquid T-911 . I have not tried anything from this brand in a LOOOOONNNNGGG time!. So I cant wait to see what all this does for me.

Ok So I owe a huge update.


So last Thursday was a cardio day and that was all I did.


Friday was arms.
It went like this.


Standing cable bicep curls Superset with Over head tricep ext

OK So yesterday was just aggravating at the gym I had to modify everything on my workout. I dont know where all these guys was coming from. It was international Bench and arms day I think.


Current stack.

Yesterday Like I said I had to modify my DTP so this is what I went with


Seated cable back rows SUPERSET With PEC DEC
Sets was 40 , 30 , 20 , 15 , 10 reps


Next was
Flat bench on smith machine and LAT pulldowns
10, 15, 20 , 30 , 40


I actaully failed the last 2 sets on both parts.


I was fried.
I had a good pump from this change up though. The pec dec was Incredible at that rep range. I have never had a burn like that.


Hanging leg raises for 5 sets. I was done with the workout in about 38 mins. Pretty good time I think.


Notes:
I think the test boosters are starting to kick in but ITs still nothing like the DAA feel I get. I am loving this luminite stuff though. Great sleep. I just dont want to get out of bed in morning. Not due to groggy just I was sleeping so good.!

Bro solid workout and yeah some days just suck when it's crowded unless it's hot nude chicks lol. How is Humapro? I've never tried it but hear good things about it.

actaully If I was to stay on humapro I think it would do wonders. when I first started it , It really worked. I lost midsection some and was still putting up solid numbers. I think the science is there its just a bit weird profile. I want to try the tabs.

Thursday was Cardio and I changed it up a bit
I tried the filthy fifty wod.
AND DAMN!.


I had to modify that


25 box jumps
25 BW pullups
25 kettleball swings
25 lungs each side
25 knee to elbow jumps
25 trx rows
30 sec rope chop
25 wall ball squat throws
25 burbees
25 situps


All for time.


I dont know what it took for sure but I think about 20 mins


I then did eliptical HIIT for another 15 mins
and then abs for 5 sets to failure.


Great sweat. I think I will do this more often.

Yesterday was one of those days where I ate everything I got my hands on again!


Yesterday was also arms


Standing cable curls with tricep over head cable ext
40, 30 , 20 ,15 , 10 reps


Barbell curls with Tricep ext
10 , 15 , 20 , 30 , 40 reps

Had one heck of a pump on this workout. was only in gym for 35 mins. FAST AND FURIOUS SETS . lol


I did however focus a little more on the negative part of the rep and could tell a big difference.

Yesterday was shoulders DTP STYLE
Military press with upright rows.
40, 30,20,15,10 reps. Last set I got 195 for 8.

DB press with shrugs
10, 15,20,30,40
315 on first set.of shrugs. And 55 on DB press.

I also.added some side raises to all this too.
And hit ABS really hard too.

Today was supposed tl have been legs but I took off. My body needs a rest. I think I will end the DTP on this as well. I will searching new programs too. If not I will just finish this week out and change next. I have leaned out a ton on this. I tried to keep calories down while on this instead of bulking like it asked. I think one can use this program for a multitude of changes.
Hope you all are liking the log so far.

I was busy on all my days off work. Trying to get a garage sale going and then someone broke into my uncle's house whom has just recently passed away . So that was one whole day fixing and putting up boards on doors.


Put anyway I did get some cardio in one day this week and I got a great leg session in too.


Tuesday I went for legs and did some different stuff.


BOX SQUATS superset with LEG PRESS
140 x 10 300 x 10 One min rest
190 x 10 x 9 sets 300 x 10 x 9 sets


I dont know why But I think I bend to far over when I do squats. Im not sure but If I dont I feel like Im not doing it right? I Just suck at squats pretty much.


Lying Ham curls
10 reps x 10 sets 30 sec rest


Lunges
Till I couldnt any more... seriously


Calves.
6 sets till I couldnt.


I was done . I stayed light weight but Actually had a great workout!. My legs are still very sore and my ass too.

OK so tonight I just kinda fooled around in gym pretty much. My sinuses are fooed up and I just am not feeling the best.
So after doing the DTP for 4 weeks I feel I have leaned up more than I have bulked or gained strength .


Anyway
Pullups of BW of 250 weight as of tonight which is up from last week.
I got 15 on my first set which is a NEW PR. lol . I have not done that many in a long time in one go.
I did 3 more sets of about 8-12 .


Next I seen we got some new bumber plates and wanted to play with those.
I messed around and cleaned 140 pretty easy. I had never done those so It was a bit weird.


Next was deadlifts.
I have not done this in a good while so I feel Im back at the awkward stage with them.

315 x 2 actually pretty easy


I thought I would see where my bench was at next


FLAT BENCH and lat pulldowns SUPERSETS

I did this easier than I thought I would. I was alone in gym so I knew I had to put up or shut up so that may have helped.

I had a good pump from just the little I did. I was needing to rush and go anyway Had 100 little chores I had to do before it got dark. THANK GOODNESS FOR SPEED X3 tonight!.
I will say I dont seem to sweat as much on speed x3 as I have with others. Just thought it was note worthy.

I think some call them different things. Hammer curls or something else too. Basically just not turning the wrist in .
and no nothing really on the t-911. Little disappointed. I can tell a small libido boost after taking it but nothing compared to what I had on formula x.

at your size the recomended dose wil do little if anything

well add 2 more mls some were in between and lets see if that gets enough into your system.. i dont want to get so high we start supressing u.. namsayin? thats not really the goal of this product. the guys i have running it, and one guy who bought his own all say better libido and and alfa feelings talkative in social crowds..over all confidence and improved sleep.. so lets see if we can get u there with out getting too high.

So you want me to take 5ml twice a day? Or just once? I have been doing 3ml twice a day for about a week I can tell that ( boys ) are starting to be a bit bigger now, which is a sign of improvement but still nothing to really write home about. I will go up to 5ml twice a day and see what happens on that. I hope that is what you meant. Thanks for getting back to me on this too.

Ok I will try 3ml in am then 2ml either after lunch or Pre workout and then 3ml at bed. We will see what happens. I do know one thing Im a hungry mofo on this stuff. I have just now starting notice how much I eat on this. Geez.

I just used 90lbs and that was enough. THAT IS FREAKING HARD!.
I did 7 for 3 circuits .


FRONT squats
I didnt use much weight as this is a new movement for me.
I did work up to 140 for 8 for 3 sets though.

As far as what my stack is

PWO speed x3. Im loving this stuff. Best so far to date.

Test booster T-911 . Nothing to note so far. No strength loss or gain. But im eating more than ever now .

Creatine : SNS magnesium Creatine Chelate

Pump : SNS agamatine . Im loving this stuff too. Great pumps and works every time. Works best at 2 scoops for me.

Thermo : lecheek HyperT2 I like this but it works best stacked with another stim. Like fat smack or something.

I went in friday and hit shoulders and arms and was going to have just a quick workout but ended up having a great day.

I GOT IT 2 TIMES!. I was done after that!. Decent looking reps too.! Im stoked over that. Im pretty sure you could see my blood cell count from all the viens showing while doing it too!.

Great workout. I think t-911 is helping with strength and the SNS creatine too.
Speed x3 still best PWO ever!. Tons of energy when I got home. Cleaned entire house , laundry and cooked todays meal and breakfast and washed a cat. Made the bed and attacked wife when she got home!. :hump:
