    Ok I will try 3ml in am then 2ml either after lunch or Pre workout and then 3ml at bed. We will see what happens. I do know one thing Im a hungry mofo on this stuff. I have just now starting notice how much I eat on this. Geez.

    I tried a few new things .


    BEAR COMPLEX
    I just used 90lbs and that was enough. THAT IS FREAKING HARD!.
    I did 7 for 3 circuits .


    FRONT squats
    I didnt use much weight as this is a new movement for me.
    I did work up to 140 for 8 for 3 sets though.

    As far as what my stack is

    PWO speed x3. Im loving this stuff. Best so far to date.

    Test booster T-911 . Nothing to note so far. No strength loss or gain. But im eating more than ever now .

    Creatine : SNS magnesium Creatine Chelate

    Pump : SNS agamatine . Im loving this stuff too. Great pumps and works every time. Works best at 2 scoops for me.

    Thermo : lecheek HyperT2 I like this but it works best stacked with another stim. Like fat smack or something.

    Ok so yesterday I was wore out and dragged myself to the gym. I had been doing yard sale stuff all day. Dragging couches and tables , basically anything that was heavy as crap.


    Also while we wasnt busy I was busy doing yard work and cutting trees.


    ANYWAY.

    I thought I was feeling pretty good and wanted to get some in.

    I just felt completely tanked when I started this pull?
    So I dropped the weight

    Ok I missed Thursday, my body was just wrecked.

    I went in friday and hit shoulders and arms and was going to have just a quick workout but ended up having a great day.

    GAINT SETS

    SET 1 Standing Barbell front press
    Bar x 40

    DB kickbacks.

    Thought I would try it and rested for a min and put 140 on the bar and tried to curl it.
    I GOT IT 2 TIMES!. I was done after that!. Decent looking reps too.! Im stoked over that. Im pretty sure you could see my blood cell count from all the viens showing while doing it too!.

    A short rest and hitting it again.

    Great workout. I think t-911 is helping with strength and the SNS creatine too.
    Speed x3 still best PWO ever!. Tons of energy when I got home. Cleaned entire house , laundry and cooked todays meal and breakfast and washed a cat. Made the bed and attacked wife when she got home!.

    Wow thanks I think the pics are misleading. lol
    I dont feel that big. I may have to get some measurements and post them. I just wish I could get my midsection to tighten up. I have gotten it down. But its just seems loose to me. Anyone know any tricks? Maybe If I start doing my cardio before workouts ?

    its all in the diet ... how long until u end this current cycke?> i have been dieting for over a yr now during wich time i have done two small clean bulks. not relaly bulks.. but i guess periods of maintnence cals. wich i used to refeed and gain back some strength. that fat on your belly is very hard to lose and it just takes time. if you want to lose the fat but keep the strength i recomend a diet that keeps you a min of 300 cals below maint.

    secondary to that i also recomend u learn to use the CKD dieting method as it will actually help your body to release some of that stuborn fat. as well it will help u maintain strength and possible make gains in strength.

    I think by the end of this month I will be planning on either getting stricter on diet and focus on thinning out. Or just say hell with it and bulk. I can bulk like nobody's business. I just have a hard time leaning. I like to eat for one thing.
    Also I just know what my body likes when bulking. Thats why I doing more of a recomp now. I know that is a lot slower for gains and leaning but its works OK for what I want. If I could get to a 36 waist that would be awesome!. I was in a 44 back in 2010 and they was tight and sitting at 280+ and about 37+ % bodyfat.
    Now im at 245 lbs and about 15% is about my best guess. Im in a 38- 40 waist clothes now just depends on what I have been eating . lol.

    1.5 scoops seems to be my money spot on this stuff.


    LEGS


    Pre exhaust work ( during entire workout only breaks was putting on and off weights. No rests.


    Bike for 5 mins ( fast pace and tension set higher ) Got a great burn out of this.

    yesterday was raining all day , Didnt want to do anything but sleep all day. But I had to work .
    Im telll you this speed x3 is awesome I simply didnt want to go workout I was just wanting to sleep after work.

    I did 25 min steady state cardio on bike at beginning of the workout.


    Some shoulder cuff warmups.


    DEADS

    275 x 6-8 x 3 sets


    Lat pulldown and cable close grip row ( SUPERSET )
    6 sets ( rep ranged from 20 - to as low as 8 reps. )


    T BAR ROW and DB ROW
    one plate x 12 x 4 sets Good slow squeezed reps and The DB rows I did with various angles to hit overall back.


    BACK EXT
    5 sets. ( to get a good stretch. )


    Pretty simple day but over all great pump.


    Also Im getting very strong on lat pulldowns. Im in the elite plate loading range on those.

    Toward the bottom the plates look new because nobody uses them.


    This morning my back is very tight and I can feel everything got worked. Even my traps are sore.

    Single arm ext
    5 sets

    DB kickback
    3 sets

    Superset
    pec dec and close grip pushups
    3 sets

    Had a great workout today and yesterday.

    Yesterday was shoulders.
    I have been basically not allowing any rest times. Just add or remove weights and back at it. Its go time.
    Also I have been focusing on movement and time under tension. Im feeling it 10x as much now. I can tell if I keep this up I will make some great improvements. I feel more connected to my muscles.


    Shoulders

    Smith press superset with front delt raises
    90 x 20
    140 x 10
    175 x 10
    210 x 10 x 3

    Barbell front delt raises
    5 sets x failure!

    Rear delt Db flies with side db flies, also barbell upright rows. ( I go above my head on these ) ( all as a giant set )
    5 sets of various reps and weights

    rope face pulls upper, middle , lower as a giant set
    5 sets

    various stretches . 10 min

    HANGING LEG RAISES
    5 SETS

    Today

    ARMS

    All are supersets and no rests!

    BODY WEIGHT DIPS and barbell curls
    5 sets! back to back!

    Close grip bench with preacher curls
    4 sets!

    Cable bullhorn pushdown with rope cable curls

    hanging leg raises

    heavy barbell curls and low reps with Heavy triceps pushdown
    4 sets
    I had to move to lat machine! NEEDED MORE WIEGHT FOR PUSHDOWNS!

    Dumbell curls with single arm ext
    4 sets

    Well I didnt get to gym yesterday and wont be there much at all this week. Im going out of town wednesday and will not be back until monday.
    I did however receive my Iron bull grips and these things are badass. Im gonna go in tonight and tear it up and really give them a good test on different things.
