    Last friday I hit legs

    superset of squats and leg press
    10 sets of 10
    Squats 140 off box x 10 x 10 sets with leg press of 10 reps x 10 sets


    Lying ham curls
    10 sets of 10


    LEG ext
    10 sets of 10


    Lunges 10 sets of ?


    I was hurting when I left on this one.


    I stayed kinda low on weights and focused on my speed and control of the movements.


    I didnt get to do much of anything the whole weekend I ate everything I got my hands on too.


    Tuesday had a decent day too.
    Took two scoops of speed x3.. will not do that again. Its just too much for me.

    MILITARY PRESS SMITH MACHINE

    all superset with cleans.
    FOR 8-10 REPS ON CLEANS.


    SIDE RAISES
    25 x 15
    15 x 15
    20 x 15
    30 x 8


    BARBELL front delt raises
    bar x failure x 4 sets


    Rear delt DB flies.
    25 x failures x 4 sets


    I really watched my form all day on this. 1.5 scoops of speed x3 is perfect for me. Great focus.


    ALSO went back for a cardio session later
    DID
    25 box jumps
    25 clean and press
    50 jump ropes
    25 burbees
    all for 3 curcuits


    abs was 10 v ups
    10 side to sides
    10 toe touches
    10 crunches
    10 butt raises

    then I had 20 min HIIT on eliptical and treadmill.

  4. I think some call them different things. Hammer curls or something else too. Basically just not turning the wrist in .
    and no nothing really on the t-911. Little disappointed. I can tell a small libido boost after taking it but nothing compared to what I had on formula x.

  8. well add 2 more mls some were in between and lets see if that gets enough into your system.. i dont want to get so high we start supressing u.. namsayin? thats not really the goal of this product. the guys i have running it, and one guy who bought his own all say better libido and and alfa feelings talkative in social crowds..over all confidence and improved sleep.. so lets see if we can get u there with out getting too high.

    So you want me to take 5ml twice a day? Or just once? I have been doing 3ml twice a day for about a week I can tell that ( boys ) are starting to be a bit bigger now, which is a sign of improvement but still nothing to really write home about. I will go up to 5ml twice a day and see what happens on that. I hope that is what you meant. Thanks for getting back to me on this too.

    I just used 90lbs and that was enough. THAT IS FREAKING HARD!.
    I did 7 for 3 circuits .


    FRONT squats
    I didnt use much weight as this is a new movement for me.
    I did work up to 140 for 8 for 3 sets though.


    Leg press ( feet low on press focus on quads. )

    PWO speed x3. Im loving this stuff. Best so far to date.

    Test booster T-911 . Nothing to note so far. No strength loss or gain. But im eating more than ever now .

    Creatine : SNS magnesium Creatine Chelate

    Pump : SNS agamatine . Im loving this stuff too. Great pumps and works every time. Works best at 2 scoops for me.

    Thermo : lecheek HyperT2 I like this but it works best stacked with another stim. Like fat smack or something.

  17. Ok so yesterday I was wore out and dragged myself to the gym. I had been doing yard sale stuff all day. Dragging couches and tables , basically anything that was heavy as crap.


    Also while we wasnt busy I was busy doing yard work and cutting trees.


    ANYWAY.

    I went in friday and hit shoulders and arms and was going to have just a quick workout but ended up having a great day.

    Thought I would try it and rested for a min and put 140 on the bar and tried to curl it.
    I GOT IT 2 TIMES!. I was done after that!. Decent looking reps too.! Im stoked over that. Im pretty sure you could see my blood cell count from all the viens showing while doing it too!.

    A short rest and hitting it again.

    Great workout. I think t-911 is helping with strength and the SNS creatine too.
    Speed x3 still best PWO ever!. Tons of energy when I got home. Cleaned entire house , laundry and cooked todays meal and breakfast and washed a cat. Made the bed and attacked wife when she got home!.

    I dont feel that big. I may have to get some measurements and post them. I just wish I could get my midsection to tighten up. I have gotten it down. But its just seems loose to me. Anyone know any tricks? Maybe If I start doing my cardio before workouts ?

  25. its all in the diet ... how long until u end this current cycke?> i have been dieting for over a yr now during wich time i have done two small clean bulks. not relaly bulks.. but i guess periods of maintnence cals. wich i used to refeed and gain back some strength. that fat on your belly is very hard to lose and it just takes time. if you want to lose the fat but keep the strength i recomend a diet that keeps you a min of 300 cals below maint.

    secondary to that i also recomend u learn to use the CKD dieting method as it will actually help your body to release some of that stuborn fat. as well it will help u maintain strength and possible make gains in strength.

  26. I think by the end of this month I will be planning on either getting stricter on diet and focus on thinning out. Or just say hell with it and bulk. I can bulk like nobody's business. I just have a hard time leaning. I like to eat for one thing.
    Also I just know what my body likes when bulking. Thats why I doing more of a recomp now. I know that is a lot slower for gains and leaning but its works OK for what I want. If I could get to a 36 waist that would be awesome!. I was in a 44 back in 2010 and they was tight and sitting at 280+ and about 37+ % bodyfat.
    Now im at 245 lbs and about 15% is about my best guess. Im in a 38- 40 waist clothes now just depends on what I have been eating . lol.
