    I was going to use a stim but I decided against that for now. I do however take a 200mg caffeine tab in the morning. I wasn't sure if you guys wanted to know but do you want me to list everything I am taking?

    I think I could definitely deadlift more than 300 if I did it right now. As far as the bench press I do not plan on benching with a bar. I do however use dumbbells. As of last week I was at 85 for 12. That is the biggest size dumbbells I have right now.

    Do you do this for energy, or do you get those morning headaches from prior stim use that you need caffeine to prevent? That is the case for me, it rarely gives me energy, but prevents a massive headache.

    Looking forward to your log man, much appreciated for all you have done thus far!

    Yes, i have used it twice so far. The tangy tangerine flavor is fantastic! The first night i used it i had a scoop with around 8 oz of water. A little bit too sweet for me but it was still drinkable. I did however added another 2 oz and it was perfect. Yesterday i had 2 scoops in the blender cup filled and it was awesome.     Yes, I use them for energy but in doesn't really work for me. I only use them once a day. Upon waking up. I feel a little bit more awake then I normally would without them.

    best part about adding water to it is that the flavor continues to be awesome I'll go through about half of it in my workout, refill the shaker, and it still tastes great

    the little foam dies pretty quick if you add ice... as for phone, I had to take a break from repping from phone...sore thumbs

    Try it out. I have never tried anything like that myself with shoulders. Get funky with it. You could always add in chest on Friday and legs or back with Monday.
