it was a three person rotation so workout took longer as usual. shared some intense samples i had left over with my partners! so they can attest to the same feeling im feeling! we tore it up! i was happy with strenght on bench because i usually shy away from it and havent benched in awhile. happy get 6 reps. TOOK 2 scoops hemavol with pre and 1 compete scoop intra. fruit punch is so good holla!
