First day at Big J’s intensityville! Oh man hardcore old school garage gym! Iron, concrete, and metal. No a/c. mind you it’s a garage. Took HEMAVOL with some preworkout …the atmosphere just gets you pumped! The heat drained me faster than expected but I keep hydrated and kept going! Yeah buddy feeling strong. Finished the workout withsome deads! That’s a champ!.
