  5. lol guys i'm tired as hell was in gas mask and suit for 4 hrs today!!! Now about to head to tourney!! I didn't get chance to hit bi's, going to do them with tri's this weekend.

    close grip pull downs to chin: 100lbs x 10,10,10

    Thanks brother C I'm really exhausted we had students today so I had to dress out in M40A1 Gas mask, suits, boots, gloves for 4 hrs tied as **** but Hulking up for games cause that's the way the Hulkster ROLLS!!

  13. Man packers had rough night today!! I think being in that mask and suit took a **** load of energy out of me. I went 3 for 3 first game next two 1 for 6 unlike me. Tough night but tomorrow's another day!

  17. Man i brought a friend of mine to gym today so he and his wife can look into joining. Works for us so our wife's can do what they want and we can get our smashing weights bashing on! I tried not to go to hard on him today, but I did push myself having him there help. Hit chest and tri's up.

    Chest:

    smith machine presses flat: 135lbs x 10 185lbs x 8, 205lbs x 6 225lbs x 4 245lbs x 2 PR!!!

    pec deck: 125lbs x 12,12,12

    flat bench db presses: 55lbs x 8,8,8

    incline db presses: 45lbs x 10,10,10

  20. Nice session bro! I enjoy lifting with a partner every once in a while, it get the motivation flowing and can get a little competitive which is always good for reaching new PRs. One of these days Ill get down to Bama and we can throw some iron around!

  23. Got my buddy and his wife to join gym membership so now Hulk will have Spartacus as his partner. I swear this guy looks like he came out of the 3000 movie. Energy is still amazing and workouts are def picking up endurance.

  25. Yeah i pushed him more like it lol. I'm sore as hell. This is by far the best combo for energy and burning fat I've ever used. Tomorrow will be last day of h2, but i'll still have some oxy left. Will do final review this weekend.
