  8. Going good sore as hell from softball torney last night til 1 am this morning. Had an off night 2 n 2 About to head to wedding shower then late evening back workout. Feeling energy is still strong, appetite is still cut. I can barley eat a complete meal at a time. I still eat, but it's half the servings.

  15. Goodnight man I took my Oxy Eca Black at church then went to eat lunch with family. Came home to change and went with Mrs. Hulk to gym. I felt really good and standing in front of the mirrors doing hammer curls my forearms were popping veins!!!! Love it

  19. Kinda hard it makes you sweat like a pig being roasted!!! I can't even take the two together. I take the Oxy Eca black in the morning like early as possible. That stuff kicks in strong like a Mike tyson combined with brock lesnar punch. Then the h2 makes you into a sweating machine. I have to force myself to eat my meals, well as much as I can.

  21. Well for me I've learn to curve it myself to, since I've come so far, I know mentally what I must do to keep the journey going. But this does help me although I'm still always wanting to eat protein.

    it's not like it's a bad thing, i've ate like a horse on this stack and still dropped a few lbs. really sorry to see ht2 come to an end, might actually have to cut back.

Spacing it helps me not feel to wired but hell either way I'm wired none the less. Plus I've started back on my Craze pwo and man yesterday's biceps day was a frigging blast.

  28. Well man getting use to my new job! I left the Army depot I'd been working at and started Homeland Security. I am basically a first responder lol. I go by training support team specialist but if any student or co worker goes down I'll have to respond. We work some crazy but sweet hrs. If we have students we work 5:30am to 1:30noon with 3 groups or less 3 or more 6:30 to 2:30 love those days! No students we go 730 to 430. Lot more time to hit the gym.

    Today worked out tri and I was on fire killing dem tri's. I didn't even want to leave the gym!!

    Triceps:

    machine dips: 90lbs x 15,15,15

    v bar press downs: 100lbs x 15,15,15,

    reverse high pull curls: 100lbs x 12, 90lbs x 12,12

    close grip bench smith machine: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8,6

    rope press downs: 110lbs x 12, 100lbs x 10,10

    seated over head db presses: 40lbs x 12,12

    FU brother, let me tell yah. I've been a 90 to 0 guy since I was a kid. Lot of stress from lack of sleep for years, but having a family, ft job, softball, and gym can be a balancing act for sure. For me the gym part is crucial. I've seen a 290 5'5 packers and it wasn't good. I use those pictures of my fat arse to fuel the fire with in to get primed. Also everyone support here gives me a such a mental push.
