  1. Missed my workout yesterday due to not feeling 100%. Had planned to do fasted cardio this morning with compete but my body still isnt agreeing with me lol. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back up to 100%!

    Wish I could, but I've got to work all day. So taking NyQuil and sleeping all day and night can't happen. Wish I could though haha! I think I should hopefully be good tomorrow! At least so far I feel a lot better now than I did last night!

  4. No updates for today still feeling under the weather. Tomorrow regardless I will be back in the gym! I've been feeling better throughout today, so I think by tomorrow I should be back up to speed!

  5. Well today I still wasn't up to speed so I just got I. A quick back and bi workout in my home gym followed by 15 minutes on the bike. Feeling better, but I didn't want to drive to the gym feel like $h!t and waste my time although I wouldve been fine going to the gym haha! Although I didn't use hemoval today, I just used compete and it definitely helped me push through my workout!

    Good to hear that you're getting better. I usually feel pretty good when I workout during a plague, but it always lands my ass back in sickville. Hope that doesn't happen with you.

    Hopefully it shouldnt. I narrowed it down to me most likely having food poisoning.

  11. for future reference, i know quite a few people who do this when they're feeling sick:

    500mg vit-c
    600mg NAC
    200mg SAMe

    take 1 cap every 4-6 hours you're awake

    Get on my level 5 hour workouts are where it at . I was just busy went out with friends to watch football. I'll have a more detailed update for tomorrows workout. Today was still kinda off but it was still better than not lifting.

    Every time I take it haha. Hemoval is the best pump supplement I have taken the only thing better is being on a PH. I am also amazed by compete too. It actually increase my endurance, at the end of workouts I'm not drained and I still have energy to keep going. Compete has definitely helped me in cardio! Can't wait to get a lift in today!

    Finally 100%!!! Today I hit High volume legs! No hemoval because pumps are too much on this day! But compete helped me power through! I felt like a beast today! I definitely notice compete half way through my workout. Usually right when I get past the half way point, it's almost like my endurance doesn't stop hahaha. Compete=new staple for me!

    Today was the first day I haven't felt DOMs in my legs lol! Guess what it's heavy leg day today too lolol! Probably won't be able to walk until Saturday when I hit legs again haha,

  30. I've been meaning to type out a final review but I have been busy with school this week. It sucks having a ton of HW and managing online classes..... Hopefully Monday I will have something typed up.
