Thats all I could squeeze in. I could feel my shoulder a bit but it felt fine after and today which is a good sign. Chest was beyond pumped with good striations and veins very apparent. I am sore as hell today too. Triceps have remained pretty strong especially with the lack of any pressing movements. was great even with the short rest periods. Looking like I have about 2 workouts left in this tub and I will throw up a final review.
