First time I've done squats like that so I'll see what happens haha

I started out with hang cleans since it gets much harder to perform properly once it's starting from the ground.

My hammies are coming in nicely now! When I was a lifting noob I neglected them big time so they've been lagging behind everything else. Been hammering them with squats, leg curls, and SLDLs and I can see a big difference now! That makes me happy.

Sorry for the inactivity/delay. The delayed shipping kinda messed everything up for me. Came back down to Florida and have been pretty busy as of late. The package is in Pennsylvania so I have to work on getting it down here.
