  6. Did my Dynamic Upper yesterday but tweaked my elbow during the bench by accidentally locking out hard. Still finished but nothing great and practiced my cleans with the extra time.

  7. Something's pulling at the strings of my heart! The UPS guy came, dropped off two packages and I was like, yes!!!! Nothing for me. Then the USPS guy came like 15 minutes later and I was like, . Nothing again. Sad day.

    SLDL: 225x3x5 (PR)

    Still trying to get the cleans down. 2nd pull is the hardest part for me.

    I have never tried power cleans. I need to get a big workout once a week at least.

    Squatting like that would cripple me for days

  12. First time I've done squats like that so I'll see what happens haha

    I started out with hang cleans since it gets much harder to perform properly once it's starting from the ground.

    No, I haven't gotten my ConDense yet. 3 more freaking packages dropped off at my house today but none for me! Someone must be running a drug ring or something, lol

  21. My hammies are coming in nicely now! When I was a lifting noob I neglected them big time so they've been lagging behind everything else. Been hammering them with squats, leg curls, and SLDLs and I can see a big difference now! That makes me happy.
