    haha i just took a month off of stims too like 3 months ago and will be takng another probably 6 weeks off after my contest. Gonna run a nice PH stack for my bulk starting mid october will use that time as my nxt stim break

  7. Three days off I cant wait to kill $h!t tomorow feeling fully rested and recovered this will be my last real break till comp 4 weeks 5 days from now.

    Goal macros for the week.

    300p/125c/75f
    Ill be adding a second workout at 4pm most days
    Speed x3 and intratest extreme are now added to the arsenal

    230am protein shake bcaas TestoX9
    430am speedx3 HT2
    515am workout 1
    700am protein shake bcaas
    730am meal 1 oatmeal banana PB
    830am oxy black
    930am meal 2 quinoa 4 eggs
    1130am meal 3 8oz lean meat 2 cups veggies
    1230pm oxy black
    2pm meal 4 8oz lean meat 2 cups veggies
    4pm workout 2 10gs BCAAs
    600pm meal 5 8oz lean meat 2 cups veggies
    800pm casein shake PB (if needed to hit goal macros) mass hgh ad3 PCT

    I definitely enjoyed it before it like a BCAA product with some nice additions DAA and mucuna noticible increase in endurance and recovery time between sets last time I ran it. Plus the sucka punch flavor tastes like kool aid. second workout is going to be mostly 75%HR cardio and abs/calves I hate the second workout but at least when Im off work im already at the gym so I dont have any travel time

    Energy 8 of 10. wich is perfect for me wasnt overwhelmingly powerfull nice clean energy and now 6hrs later no crash still
    focus 9 of 10 excellent focus here serious tunnel vision enhanced mind muscle connection everything you could want
    taste 9 of 10 i went with watermelon tastes and smells like a jolly rancher.
    pumps 8 of 10 hard to judge this because i wasnt traing for pump at all today but had some nice veins popping trained chest and back today had a nice pump in both as well as shoulders and arms
    endurance 9 of 10 a lil hard to tell if it was just from speedx3 or that and intra test but i stopped working out because i ran out of time not because i was fatigued.

    This is a great product overall. Will be one of my go to pre workouts from now on.

    haha. I dont know if Im going to do that the stim factor of speedX3 is perfect for me. The only thing I may consider adding to it would be a scoop of hemavol, but definitely not necessary

  19. speed x3 update... today was even better with my 2nd dose of speed x3. the focus and intensity I had was incredible. I wanted to just tear $h!t up in there and did a pretty good job of it. The weights IM using are also steadily increasing with the 6 seconds per rep tempo. Weighing in at 183 still and lean as a mofo. Actually look bigger in the chest and shoulders.

    Yesterdays workout
    Decline bench worked up to 225 for to sets of 6
    flat dumbell worked up to 2 sets of 90s 6 reps
    incline worked up 2 sets of 80s at 6 reps
    cable crossovers 4 sets light ~1min of time under tension each set

    pullups 4-1-1-2 tempo 3 sets 6,5,5
    dumbell rows 100s 6,6,6
    BB rows (love these with this tempo) 135x10 155x10 175x8
    rack chins 8,6,6
    pull downs 3 sets ~1min TUT each

    todays workout
    DB shoulder Press worked up to 65's 8second reps 2 sets of 6
    lat raises 6 second reps 20,25,30
    rear delt flys 6 second reps used 15s for this
    shrugs 85s sets of 8

    ez barl curls 8 second reps 55x8 75x6 85x4,4
    db curls 6 second reps 25x12 30x10 35x8 40x6
    dropset 40,30,20 6 reps each

    closegrip bench 8 second reps 135x8 155x6 175x6
    decline skull crushers 55x10,10,10
    single arm pressdowns 3 sets of 10
